I love this store. One of my favorites. I spend a fair amount of money in HomeGoods and in saying that, I think I should get better customer service. I found a shell dish I fell in love with. I bought it and 2 days later I accidentally broke it. I was so upset. My daughter went back to the store and asked if they had another. All we got was no. I don't know if they even checked the back room. But one would think they would at least go on the computer to see if any of the other...

Very pleased with Home Goods. We went to the Kingston location first. The floor salesgirl was so helpful. My husband requested the Annalee figures. She actually showed us what there was. All Halloween. Made my day. Then I convinced him to stop at the Poughkeepsie location. That salesgirl wasn't as helpful-said that you didn't carry them. Well, I went browsing. I purchased 5 more!!! Very enjoyable trip. Even he liked the shopping experience....
