Absolutely one of the best spaghetti meals I have eaten, ever! So, upon arriving at our hotel, the young lady checking us in tells us that we are fortunate that it is Monday as Cacciatore's has "all you can eat spaghetti on Monday night for $4.99 and even if you have to wait a bit, it is totally worth it". As we were heading over, we were joking in our car that the clerk at the hotel is likely one of the children of the owner of Cacciatore's (which is of course not true but she was really building this place up). Upon arrival we were surprised at how busy the place was...I mean it was packed. This resulted in us having to wait at the bar and have a beverage before our meal (the price of the drinks was insanely reasonable). Judging by the number of people both seated eating and those waiting we figured that our receptionist must have been giving us a good steer. After about 40 minutes our little alarm/alert disk went off and we were guided to our table in a very filled dining room. We were advised that of the menu, specifically on Monday's it is $4.99 for all you can eat spaghetti and a choice of three sauces (Original Red, Marinara, and something else I was not paying attention to because my mind stopped at Original Red). We were told that everything is made in house and that you can add a meatball or two for very little additional money (I am so glad I did because it was amazing). The dinner came with warm bread, butter, a salad with house dressing and all you can eat Spaghetti for $4.99 Amazingly great pasta and the sauce was incredible. The only bit that threw me off were the people who had obviously finished eating at the table and then would order another bowl of pasta and then request take away containers. I would set a rule to stop that from happening but aside from the greed of some really selfish people, this place was insanely great. For two of us, one had a beer and one had a glass of wine, two salads, a basket of warm bread with butter, large bowl of pasta with sauce and two meatballs...with tip, less than $25 I only wish that I lived...

Wow. Where do I even start?! My fiance and I wanted to have a nice dinner this past Saturday night and we really didn't know where to go. We tossed around a few ideas, but I was thinking the whole time I wanted something different. A place we hadn't been before or at least been to in a long time. Then it clicked. Cacciatore's! We headed over around 6:30. We're bar people so it worked out perfectly there were 2 seats right at the bar open. As soon as we sat down we were immediately greeted by two pleasant bartenders. I wish I could remember their names to give them a shout out because they were awesome. Super friendly, attentive and right there if you needed anything. And it was very busy. They didn't show one sign of getting flustered and they were always in sync with each other and everyone in that place was taken care of. That place runs like a well oiled machine. After we got our cocktails, we started out with the grilled mozzarella as an appetizer. Unreal. I've never seen anything like this on a menu anywhere. It was two nice size balls of fresh mozzarella wrapped in prosciutto and sitting on a nice layer of fresh marinara sauce. I still don't have the proper adjective to describe how good this was. The mozzarella was so fresh and light and the prosciutto was nice and crispy from the grill and added that nice saltiness. Highly recommend you start with this. Our salads then arrived with a nice half loaf of fresh baked bread. So fresh it was too hot from the oven to break apart for the first few minutes! For our dinners, my beautiful fiance had Shrimp Florentine with Farfalle pasta and I had the Pork Chops Milanese. Hers was excellent but the pork chops just stole the show. Thick cut boneless chops cooked perfectly on the char broiler and topped with a delicious medley of olive oil, garlic and herbs. And for the amount of food and drinks we had, the bill was still very reasonable. Overall, awesome service, killer food and a great atmosphere make this a place we will for sure be visiting much more often. Highly...

I’ve been to this place a couple of times when I lived in the area. I moved a couple years ago and haven’t been to the restaurant in quite some time.

I was pretty impressed with the atmosphere and the service. The waitress was very kind and understanding and the front of house staff were exceptionally friendly.

As for the food. I loved the free bread. It was baked fresh every time you got a new basket. I ordered the Chicken with the white wine and garlic sugar with mushrooms. As it was a dinner, I got a side salad and side of pasta. The pasta was their house made spaghetti with red sauce. I’m not really a spaghetti person, but theirs was really good! I was even more impressed with the side salad. The lettuce mix was fresh, same with the veggies that came on it as well. Their balsamic vinaigrette dressing was very tasty and truly brought the salad together.

As for my main course, the chicken was good, but I wasn’t all that impressed with it. It wasn’t very well seasoned and the sauce it came in was lukewarm. I still ate it because I was hungry, but I was very tempted to send it back or order something else. I know a lot of their other dishes are probably better than this one, but I was slightly underwhelmed with the Chicken dish.

Overall, it’s a decent Italian restaurant, especially for this area. I would definitely return (I would just stick with their pasta). Keep in mind that they are usually really busy. Wait times are anywhere between 20-60 minutes depending on the day. If you are okay with waiting 20+ minutes for some decent Italian food, then this...

Keep in mind I'm a fairly tough rater as I will have very few 5 stars. Cacciatore's is a good neighborhood Italian restaurant, and you can tell by how the friendly staff know several members of those dining. We started out with a couple of drinks: a Manhattan; and a Glenfiddich. Drinks are a bit on the small side, but not over priced. We split a fried calamari with red sauce, a perfect portion for two and very tasty. Cacciatore's fresh baked bread is wonderful! I chose veal parm with a side of their homemade pasta and red sauce, side salad w/house Italian. While their red sauce paired nicely with the calamari, I found it a little sweet on the veal parm and pasta. The house Italian dressing was also too sweet for my taste. The homemade pasta is very good and they select a different noodle type often. I definitely recommend trying whatever they offer. My wife selected Seafood Alfredo and they were very accommodating with customizing to her wishes. She opted out of the clams and mussels, but they didn't skimp on the shrimp and scallops. The scallops were cooked to perfection a more difficult task than the shrimp which were also perfect. In a nutshell when you dine at Cacciatore's you will get quality food at a reasonable price from a friendly and helpful staff. It was obvious that even the young lady that was cleaning off the tables for the next guests took her job seriously and did an excellent job.
