Wegmans Meals 2GO — Restaurant in Town of Union

Our boys soccer team was going to be heading through town on their way to play in the state championship and really wanted Wegmans subs. So I took all 30 of their orders and decided to call Wegmans the day before so we didn't just show up and cause mass chaos for their workers and other customers. I was shocked when they refused to take the order claiming that there was no way they could make our subs. We really could've just shown up without notice and they would've had to make them but I tried to go out of my way to make things easier for them and save us some time. Luckily I was able to find a smaller local deli that managed to find the time to get them all made for us and have them ready the next day when we arrived. I've frequented Wegmans stores across the state and this was the first time I can say I was truly disappointed. I’ve been ordering from Wegman’s Meals 2 Go (Johnson City branch) almost every time I am visiting the area for a while now. I like that it categorizes everything and makes it pretty easy to find. For first time customers, they also offer some discount codes (not sure if they still do that). Picking up food is easy and staff is usually friendly when they are not too busy lol. I normally get sushi, salad or bowl. My favorite is Atlantic Combo $14.99 and anything King Salmon. The price is definitely higher than before but not as bad. I wish they were a bigger portion tho.
