Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Town of Victor

This place was not good, I don't reccomend coming here. So we entered the shop, and the older lady was making something for another costumer, and said "Hold on just a moment." This place was not busy when we came in, there was only like 5 other people there. So we wait, and a few seconds later she comes back and asks, "What would you like?" So I said my order, and she said "We are out of the flavoring for that, so can I get you something else?" So, I said "Sure," and I said another drink. So she got the cup ready, and blended the drink, then saw that more people were entering the shop, so she left my drink sitting there, and helped the other customers. 6 customers got their drink first, and they got there before us! Then finally another lady that was making all the other drinks, took my drink out of the blender, and put it in the cup. Was that so hard to do for the other lady? The other guy that worked there was taking out the trash the whole time. He could've helped the one lady that was working hard to make all the drinks. But no, he HAD to take out the trash. And the other one could've said hold on a moment like she did to us when we came in, and finished my drink. And to top it all off, she spelled my name wrong. It's not a hard...

I've become quite the regular at the Starbucks located at 200 High Point Drive in Victor, NY, and I must say, it's not just the coffee that draws me in. This cobblestone gem has been a part of Victor's landscape for over 180 years, making my coffee runs feel like a small dip into history.

The service here is always top-notch; the staff are not only fast and friendly but also incredibly competent, ensuring my nitro brew or coconut milk latte is delicious every single time. There's something about the ambiance that makes it feel more like a second home than a coffee shop. Clean, with an inviting atmosphere and speedy service, this Starbucks stands out as the best I've ever visited.

To start this review off I would like to say I have never ONCE had a bad experience!! In my over 13 years (i’m currently 17 almost 18) of going for coffee every single day after school or on the weekends with my family it’s gone from us ordering the coffee at the checkout, to using the preorder option in the app and picking it up as a family, to my dad and I going for coffee runs afterschool, to me almost a college kid driving myself to this starbucks to pick up coffee for my family at home. The staff is always friendly and super accommodating, the manager always makes an effort to say “hi welcome back!” and “have a great day!”, the person with the beanie and long black hair (idk the names i’m so sorry) is almost always there and has a contagious smile.
