Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Wallkill

I ordered the 2 med. 1 topping-pie special where the pies are $5.99 each. After paying on line I requested a 3rd pie by phone and was told I would be charged $12.99. I asked the employee on the phone "why? they are 5.99 right?" he said "oh, yeah" and hung up but still charged me 12.99.

Someone else picked up the pies so I didn't see the receipt until hours later. I called immediately: "Oh," said the employee. "There wasn't a way to charge you the $5 discount for 1 pie-- only in groups of 2 so I charged you for 2" . "Well, I said, then why didn't you tell me that on the phone or charge me the 1 pie full price which would have been what? 7.99?" Silence. He then offered me a "free" pie as if he was doing me a solid. Whoa, dude, I paid for that already so it's not "free." Then he said I can only get my "free pie" when I order another one. So I could not drive to get it that night. I must call 1st and use the same phone# as the last order.

I am all for hiring youth, but maybe they should not work the phones or the register until they are more experienced. I ended up not enjoying my otherwise tasty meal, knowing I had over paid for it :(

UPDATE! After posting the above review the owner gave me a full refund, electronically, the next day!! I was not expecting it and i knew he probably could not afford it in the current economy. So I called to say it was not necessary but no one knew what I was talking about and would not accept my offer to return the amount of the fair purchase price.

So I've changed my rewiew to 4 stars (from 1 star). I only wish google made it easier for me to log in and fix my original review, because it is now months later. (Sorry)

These kids and all employees are so rude, literally its started from me doing DoorDash seeing one of their rude drivers on the road white guy with glasses honking and beeping at me when I was driving little did I even know he was one of their workers right ? So now fast forward I order pretty often from here about two days outta the week and they always mess up my order and it's so simple there is a whole instruction that says quality check before delivery and yet the quality in service is never there, ensuring my order quality is right is never there and I've been in store not the most sanitary or satisfactory, mind you today I order right ? And I live 5 mins away from the store and okay granted he might be dropping an order off before he gets to me and then swings back to drop off my order I understand. But I shouldn't be waiting 20 mins for the food then 20+ more mins for it then be wrong, greeted with an extremely rude attitude and when I tell him it's wrong such poor customer service asking me patronizing questions. Such smart asses and then when I call the store greeted with more attitude and the person I'm waiting for my food that ordered over an hour ago! Still waiting currently and it's just buffalo sauce that's what I don't understand something very simple idk if it's cause ice or whatever the case is but UNACCEPTABLE SHITTIEST...

They used to be so good!! Now they got greedy and filled the place full of foreigners who barely speak English and have absolutely no idea where they are going. I placed an order. I received a call they they don't have what I want. Fine just send the rest. I signed up for text messaging so I would know when he was arriving. 2 seconds after ....it says that my driver is pulling in. RED FLAG I live on the complete other side of town. Then the driver calls and tells me that he is outside my gate and can't get in! RED FLAG.....I have NO GATE!! Then he tells me oh ok....I will be there in just ONE minute. 40 minutes later...STILL no food. I called the store...and from what little I could actually understand he tells me that the GPS took him somewhere else (he must be using the GPS from his native land) no one else has that problem. So he says he will be here soon. I said yeah....WITH A COLD PIZZA!! So now they are making me a new pizza. 😂 Let's see how long THIS one takes! He will be lucky if I even answer the door at this point.I am starving and dinnertime was 2 hours ago. I may just have to find something in the cupboard and call it quits! And for ALL of that I can guarantee that these dirtbags are STILL going to charge me $5.99 to deliver and expect a tip. Here's a tip for ya! Don't piss...
