Ozzie's Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Town of Webb

Do not take your business here! I know it's more of the employees than the place but I can assure you they hire many of the same employees. So basically we went ahead and ate there while staying in town and when we went in the girl who helped us was very rude and acting as if we had been wasting her time by existing. Then they screw up our order and while getting our money back decide to add a few sarcastic remarks in. I would definitely give 0 stars if possible. The workers are mainly teens and are very rude, don't really seem to care, have horrible attitudes and make sarcastic comments or whisper to each other while looking at you if they mess anything up and you ask for a new one or your money back. Even asking for a napkin gets you a few eye rolls.

One last thing: they also had refused to make us new drinks unless we payed for new ones after they...

It makes me very sad to do this review. I actually like the food and the coffee at Ozzie’s. I live in the local area and like to go to all the different coffee shops in town but this was one of my favorites. Just now I was waiting in a long line and the woman in front of me had a question. The lady didn’t seem to hear her. I was in a better position so I asked the question of which she also ignored me. When asked again she quickly and rudely told me “ I’m busy here. You’ll have to wait.” It would’ve taken two seconds for her to look up and say can you hang on a second or answer the question. I’ve worked at restaurants and in retail and no matter how busy it gets being rude to customers is just not acceptable. I will probably not go back which...

This is an awesome fast paced coffee and breakfast spot. You get in line almost like a chipotle and tell them your order they whip it up home made but in fast food speed ! They have absolutely fresh ingredients from their farm fresh eggs and dairy to their fresh vegetables! The cook with the beard who worked by the griddle was one of the coolest guys I’ve talked to about the area all while balancing cooking about 10 orders at once he’s definitely the glue to this place.
