Bruster's Real Ice Cream — Restaurant in Town of Webster

I stopped by Bruster’s recently and treated myself to their Chocolate Marshmallow flavor—wow, what an incredible experience! The chocolate is rich and velvety, with just the right balance of sweetness and depth. But what really takes it over the top is the swirl of gooey, creamy marshmallow throughout. It’s nostalgic, indulgent, and utterly delicious—like a campfire treat turned into a scoop of ice cream perfection.

On top of that, the service was fantastic! I was greeted with a warm smile, and the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. Even with a bit of a line, I was served quickly and with genuine kindness. It’s rare to find a place that nails both the product and the people—but Bruster’s does it flawlessly.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out how excellent the ice cream is at Bruster’s. I’m super picky about ice cream and I will only eat it if I feel it’s the absolute best. I usually visit Webster every couple of months and had never made it here- I was very excited about the quality and flavor of the ice cream. Let's just say they messed up the order And I felt ripped off. My order was 2 flavors in one cone, the chocolate was supposed to have chocolate pieces and it didn't. The 2nd flavor choc chip was not as good as store bought, it was the first and last time I'll order that. Lastly, it really seemed like the serving size gets smaller as the price goes up.
