Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Town of Webster

I went to this location with my friends one night at 9:25 (they close at 10:00), and was greeted poorly by both of the employees. They told us that they close in 20 minutes and gave the impression that we were a great burden to them. This is not proper customer service. If the website says "closes at 10:00 pm," then a customer should be able to get food 35 minutes prior to that. While my friends and I were ordering, around 6 different people came into the restaurant and were told to leave because they "did not have enough food." It is custom that a restaurant supplies enough food until closing. One of my friends were told that they could have rice on their burrito because "they had run out." But my friend said that he saw the rice there a couple minutes before, when his son was ordering... I do not know if this is normal in all Moe restaurants, but I asked for water and was told that it was $2.99, the same price as every other drink...

The only reason I wrote this review is because if I were recommending a friend to go to a certain restaurant, I would not want them to go to this location. In the same way, I would not recommend others to go to this location. Moe's already cost so much. Why would I want a friend to have to go through feeling like they are a burden to the restaurant and receiving poor...

Place may be clean but the two young kids working seems like they hate their job. I haven’t been there I guess a year and was shocked they didn’t have pork amd aired my grieves maybe more then I should have however the large masked covered adult male working had no problem talking behind his mask. Instead of saying sorry he just kept talking which basically made me a Karen as I’m one for if you have something to say, say it! Then after we checked out there was some other woman who showed up behind the counter saying stuff. I’m a mother I have sonic ears. Want to talk stuff then say it. I have no problem saying stuff but I work where I help people and the customer no matter how much they annoy you, you say sorry period. Moe’s isn't like it used to be . I thought it was suppose somewhat a take on Mexican but that’s far from it. I am happy to announce to those rude adult employees that I won’t come back. If I wanted Taco Bell I would have gone to Taco Bell. What really topped it is that the kids stayed quiet but the adults were the coward rude individuals! Beyond...

On this visit it looked like we arrived right after a rush, which I understand having worked 15 years in customer/food service, but nothing was filled... I would be offered an item, like the grilled veggies, when I said I yes the young man said "looks like we are out of peppers and onions and only have mushrooms" and never offered to get more. I opted for gauc in my bowl but receive about a quarter of a whole avocado that was either not ripe or frozen because my plastic fork could not even cut into it. I would have complained but everyong working that evening seemed to be in a fowl mood saying things like "this is the very VERY last amount of chips we have.. Im not making anymore" and "im done, I'm so over today" I felt it would not have ended well if I said anything. Like I said, I completely understand having been in that situation before but I expected a little...
