Food is usually pretty good for fast food garbage style food. However, tonight we went there and the woman at the window told us one of our chicken sandwiches(we ordered two) was ready and the other was 6 minutes away. We asked them to make both of them fresh and they rolled their eyes. They made both fresh, when the new sandwiches came out they were piping hot but the fries were ice cold(not to mention they put two separate orders in the same bag.) We drove around and asked the manager for new fries he was polite and obliged happily(Super helpful.) When the fries came out they were also piping hot(score.) Not so fast! We got home to consume the weekly treat and noticed the fries were quite salty just by looking at them. Started to eat the fries and immediately noticed our mouths were burning. Looked closer at the fries and they were literally crusted with salt. We absolutely got Salted(employee oversalted our fries intentionally.) We had to literally stand over a sink and wipe each french fry with our fingers before consuming because they were so salted it was to a toxic level of salt. I am a fan of salt, in fact I usually salt fries when I get them, but this was a heinous act of french fry abuse, not to mention incredibly rude. The Manager has already been spoken to, and he is apparently sending me vouchers in the mail for replacements for our meals. I am totally fine with this, however I may not end up every buying food from this place again. Shame because I used to look forward to my once a week fast food...
Read moreUnfortunately, the evening staff working around 12 a.m. on 06/09 consists of lazy employees who don’t want to fulfill orders — which is literally their entire job. Sometime around 11:45 p.m., the staff decided that they wanted to sit around for the remaining nearly two hours of their scheduled shift, so they began declining orders and refusing mobile order pick-ups. In their own words, they’re “understaffed”, so they refused to fulfill online orders despite them being prepaid (theft). The workers were happy to chat amongst themselves (despite being “understaffed”), and apparently do this often without any recourse. The general/district manager should investigate this behavior, as the employees should not have the right to decide they don’t want to work anymore, while the store is open, and simply refuse orders. How is this behavior sustainable? Should healthcare centers across the country, including Emergency Rooms, who are actually “understaffed” refuse critical patients? Turn away strokes and heart attacks because they’d rather take a break and use their phones? It’s comical that these same employees who cried for $15/hour can’t even work their entire shift appropriately and become so overwhelmed by their simple no-skill required employment. I would recommend terminating those who don’t want to work and replace them with...
Read moreI went to the Webster location for the first time around 10pm and waited in a busy drive through (no big deal) Ordered a few 4 for 4's with one of them being being without cheese or mayo (no hamburger option). I always repeat the order just to make sure they got it right (to avoid these issues). I get the food and sure enough it had cheese and mayo. Had to wait back in the line to get the burger remade. I chalked it up as a simple mistake, could happen to anyone. Then the next week I go back, around the same time, to the same busy drive through. I read the order 3 times to the person taking the order and reconfirmed with the person at the window that one burger had no cheese/mayo. Assured me it was made properly, so I was feeling confident that my order would be made correctly.....Nope, back through the backed up drive through line to get my burger remade as the rest of the food gets cold. I sent an email to customer service about a week ago and have yet to even get a response back. I love Wendy's, but it maybe some time before I go back. Never to this location...
