Date of Visit; Sat Feb 19, 2023 While driving through West Seneca area of Buffalo, we passed a sign for Paula’s Donuts. We had never heard of them before – but as donuts are a huge part of our sweet rogue trips, we had to stop and check it out. We popped in and were surprised at the abundance of treats they have on display. The sheer volume of donuts they make will keep you busy trying to decide what to get. The donuts are absolutely gorgeous, and they have all the styles of donuts – crullers, plain, cake, stuffed, etc. Their stuffed donuts are so well stuffed that they carry quite the heft to them. In fact, we ordered a strawberry short cake and it was sfuffed heavily from one end with the cream, and then again from the other end with strawberry filling – doubling up on the stuffing and weight. The flavours are amazing, the donuts are soft & fresh, the fillings are fantastic. The service is very good. They understand they have so many donuts that their customers will be having a hard time to choose so they have their patience ready. The prices are great – the donuts are upscale but the prices are not.

They have 4 locations to serve you across the areas.

Let me start by saying I love the food here. I only gave this place one star based on that and because you can’t give it zero stars. Now I am only referring to the West Seneca Southgate location. My experience at this place has been nothing but disappointing. Some of the staff is great while a certain few others are very rude and I might add that the youngsters are the pleasant ones. I am always watching as they prep my food. I saw an employee prep my food with bare hands (yes, dirty bare hands grabbed the cheese, gross). I’ve also watched an employee cash someone out with gloves on, (touching money), and then proceeded to make a sandwich with those same gloves! That’s where I draw the line. Money is the most disgusting thing on the planet and probably the dirtiest. Make sure if visiting this location that you watch them very closely and let them know that you don’t want their bare hands touching the food that goes into your mouth. This particular location does not always practice proper sanitation and safe...

Paula's Donuts is an absolute donut heaven! I've had my fair share of donuts, but Paula's takes the cake, or should I say, the donut!

First and foremost, their selection is massive – there's a donut for every craving and occasion. From classic glazed to unique specialty flavors, Paula's never disappoints. It's hard to resist trying something new every time I visit.

But what truly sets Paula's apart is the taste. These are, hands down, the best donuts I've ever had. They're always fresh, perfectly fluffy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Each bite is a little piece of paradise.

The team at Paula's Donuts also deserves a shoutout. They're friendly, welcoming, and passionate about what they do. It's evident that they take pride in their craft and are dedicated to delivering top-notch donuts.

If you haven't been to Paula's Donuts yet, you're missing out on a truly delightful experience. Whether you're a donut connoisseur or just looking for a sweet treat, Paula's is the place to go. I can't...

I came to Paula's donuts for the first time and had a wonderful experience. I explained to the young lady that I am from out of town and have never been here before. She graciously explained what different types of donuts they had and went over the list with me. She even made a few just regular sugar donuts upon request. The actual donuts were larger than normal sized donuts and some were unique. Some of the unique ones included a cookie dough donut, Lucy Charms and several others. Overall they were delicious and filling after just one. Whenever I am back in town, I will be sure to stop by again. I wish I got the young lady's name because she provided excellent customer service.

This is the saddest bagel sandwich ever. It's so dry, chewy and basically empty. Everything from the bagel to the cheese was microwaved, and it wasn't even busy. The cheese just cracked into pieces... It's past the point of melted. I think we got less than a single egg per sandwich and we ordered two. Also, while waiting in line my husband stepped on a tissue that had what looked like fresh blood on it and he was wearing flip-flops. We absolutely didn't have a good experience today. I'm definitely disappointed and likely will not order from this location again. If somebody asked me what I thought of this Paula's I'd say one word... "Gross."
