Absolutely amazing. As I stepped into Caputo’s Pizzeria, a wave of mouthwatering aromas enveloped me, instantly lifting my spirits. The dimly lit ambiance, coupled with the soft melody of Italian music in the background, created an atmosphere of warmth and comfort.

I approached the counter, where a friendly server greeted me with a genuine smile. “Welcome to Caputo’s! What can I get for you today?” she asked, her enthusiasm contagious.

I couldn’t help but smile back. I saw an assortment of pizzas, and couldn’t choose which one to pick. Buffalo chicken, Hawaiian, broccoli alfredo, bruschetta, and so many more. I chose a margarita pizza, and what awaited, i could have never prepared for.

I was presented with a masterpiece on a plate. The slice was a symphony of colors and textures, adorned with vibrant tomatoes, aromatic basil leaves, and a generous sprinkling of gooey mozzarella cheese. With trembling anticipation, I took my first bite.

Instantly, my taste buds exploded with delight. The crust was crisp yet tender, providing the perfect canvas for the rich tomato sauce and creamy cheese to dance upon. Each bite was a revelation, sending waves of pleasure coursing through my veins.

But it wasn’t just the taste that captivated me; it was the feeling of pure bliss that washed over me with each bite. It was as if all my troubles melted away, replaced by a sense of contentment and joy that I hadn’t felt in ages.

As I savored every morsel, I couldn’t help but marvel at the magic of Caputo’s Pizzeria. How could a simple slice of pizza have such a profound effect on my mood? It was as if the universe had conspired to deliver me to this place, at this moment, to experience a taste of...

Worst customer experience of my life! We ordered from them 3 times, all delivery. The first time the food was on time, tasted great and it was a very nice experience, which is why we ordered again. The second time the food was much later, the pizza was burnt and the shape of a football (filling only half the box) and my wife's salad was missing.. I called back to ask about the salad and it took another hour for them to deliver it. The third time was unreal... We ordered online again as we did the previous times, waited an hour and a half, so I called to ask about it, The girl I'm talking to yells back "Did we have a Mealeo order??" I hear another girl say "oh crap!!" and then "sorry we JUST received your order from Mealeo!" Total lie! I cancel my order and email them about my complaint. An hour later the owner replies with zero sympathy or apologies and says if you're unhappy take it up with Mealeo! Nonsense! I ordered from Caputo's website which means Caputo's is responsible for keeping their customers happy. He and I email back and forth a few times and he absolutely refused to apologize or accept any responsibility for my horrible experience... He flat out said he would never apologize and it was all Mealeo's problem.... STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!! The owner doesn't care in the least about your business! Spend your money with someone that does care, there are plenty of...

Count me in as a customer that will never return. Last Sunday while watching playoff football I decided to order some pizza and boneless wings from the Caputo's website. Several minutes after placing my order the restaurant called me to tell me they were all out of boneless wings and offered me a substitution. I said " no thanks. just remove it from my bill". Well apparently Caputo's uses another company to take their online orders and payments. The girl on the phone told me I'd have to call mealeo and have them take it off my bill. I asked her for their number but she said she didn't have it and that I should be able to find it online. Why should I have to go through the hassle of having this removed from my bill? I ordered online for the convenience so i could watch football. Finally on mealos site i was able to chat with someone and finally got the charge removed from my bill but not after missing some of the game.

So at halftime I go and pickup my pizza and didn't even get a apology. To top it all off the pizza was terrible. While Caputos charges a premium price for their pizzas the ingredients appeared to be very low quality. The taste was just dissappointing, and the crust was like chewing cardboard. Honestly the pizza sucked so bad I wouldn't have ever gone back anyways but causing me to miss some of the game has put Caputos on the lifetime boycott...

These people make surprisingly delicious pasta that I did not expect in a strip mall. The dishes seemed a bit pricy, but the portions are huge so it’s still a good value. Chicken Parmesan was fantastic with tender, crispy cutlets. Their red sauce is flavorful and chunky as homemade sauce should be. My wife’s Fettuccine Alfredo had perfectly cooked pasta and the sauce was a good consistency with plenty of cheese. The garlic knots were a bit tough but I did get them towards the end of the night, so no fault there. I was, however, disappointed in their desserts. The cannoli filling tasted more like runny cake icing than sweet ricotta. The tiramisu was just cake. It was not tiramisu at all, no lady fingers to be seen. Overall I’m still very happy with this restaurant and look forward to trying more of their menu soon. Unfortunately, I’ll have to stay away from their desserts.

My adult son Dennison, got us started trying Caputo’s, the franchise no matter which one I get shrimp or chicken is always deliciously yummy, my adult son always gets either chicken or veal franchise or chicken Marsala he’s never been disappointed with his food either. I can not say enough about the pasta fazool soup, from the very first time I tried it I was hooked on it, & I order it all the time. A good friend of mine, wanted to go somewhere for lunch recently I suggested we drive down to Caputo’s for lunch especially for pasta fazool soup, she agreed right away & we were not disappointed with anything; everything was delicious including the tiramisu we got for dessert.

First, let me say that Caputo's pizza is the best I've tasted within 50 miles of Warren County. The Pizza is 5 Stars. But this review is about the lasagna take out I ordered yesterday. I have never seen or even heard of a lasagna that doesn't have sauce layered into it like the rest of the ingredients. Predictably, it was dry tasteless. I literally had to throw most of it away and forage through my kitchen for supper. The lasagna is 1 Star.
