Attended this subway as it accepted online ordering. The young lady making the sandwiches really has attention to detail, so it gives me confidence for future orders.
Where I feel awful, is that the young lady has to deal with her shift management that sat in the back and ignored customers when she came out to shut the front door.
The shift manager on October 4th 2025 at 1:50 pm allowed her staff to do all the front end work and let guests wait to pick up their online order.
My wait to get my already completed sandwich order was 8 minutes from when I walked in the door. I attempted to troubleshoot the situation and called the store twice in hopes to alert the shift manager. She did not answer the phone, which was operable and working, because I could hear it.
This could have been avoided - but it wasn’t. I’m giving the young lady a 5 out of 5, because she has to deal with all of the guests…. The shift leader, I give her 0 out of 5.
The restaurant felt stressful, as the shift leader was putting out some seriously bad vibes… she rolled her eyes at the wall and refused to even look at anyone when she came out of the back.
There’s other subways — and I really hope the franchise...

I was attempting to join the Subway Club anew, as I am from the old school when Subway had stamps (similar to S&H Green Stamps), and then the plastic club card. As I was trying to join on the credit card machine, Ms. Know-It-All tries to tell me that she has to do something on her end first before I type anything. She did that to me twice, interrupting me, to where she had said "Oh, your number is not on file" (Well, DUH). I told her I was trying to join, and please do not hit any buttons on your end while I was typing. She rolled her eyes and let out a Harumph, and I finally got my number inputted as a new member. Upon looking at the receipt at home, I spent $17.63 and received ZERO points. Because of her attitude and the no points, I will definitely think twice before...
Read moreHours on the door say they open at 8 every day, but the employee I spoke to told me they don't open until 9. Previously I had ordered food to be picked up between 8 and 9 and the door was locked until the employee arrived around 850.
Just now I tried to get food, at almost 11am, and the door is locked and nobody is there. Hours need to be changed or employees need to show up. The fact that this has happened twice is crazy. I like this location when it's open, but the hours need to be accurate or someone needs to step in...
