I'm picky about my pizza. You can get pizza everywhere. We just got back from our first trip to Baltoz. First, be aware if you're travelling from distances far away, there is no seating. DO NOT let this deter you from going to Baltoz. Second, the pizza is not cheap. DO NOT let this deter you from going to Baltoz. Third, Baltoz is only open 24 hours per week, as of right now. DO NOT let this deter you from going to Baltoz. The pizza - we got a spicy pepperoni and veggie- was excellent. Crisp crust, quality ingredients, great taste, probably my second favorite pizza of all time. Further visits will determine their consistency. Any pizza lover should try a pizza from Baltoz. Not your average pizza shop, as they're a cut above most others, not to mention the bakery aspect. Chocolate croissant? Chocolate babka? Snickerdoodles?? This place is a good concept with good pizza and good treats. Loved our experience there, and thanks to the crew at Baltoz!!
Update: Pastries were good, but must add that the spicy pepperoni pizza was REALLY GOOD cold. If you're into next day pizza (as I am) this is the plan: You eat most of the pizza tonight, and save two slices in the fridge for tomorrow. Veggie pizza was...
Read moreWe’ve been eyeing this place for a while, but every time we craved pizza, the stars (a.k.a. their hours) never aligned 😂. So we usually defaulted to our usual local spots. But tonight—victory! And oh wow, was it worth the wait.

Service-wise, I left things neutral. No one was upfront when I walked in, and after waiting a bit I almost did a dramatic “walk out and back in” just to trigger the sound of the door. Eventually someone appeared, polite enough, and I’ll cut them some slack—it was nearing their closing time. Inside feels a little plain (and honestly not super inviting), but I’d happily sit outside on a nice evening.
All in all, we’ll definitely be back—and next time, we’re branching out to try those other...
Read moreVery promising to have a place like this here, Baltimore has a lot of places with dense, doughy, underbaked pies that all look and taste the same and go through the same conveyer belt as the subs. Pizza like Pauly Gee’s and Baltoz are few and far between. Pizza is a thicker than NY style sourdough but nice and airy. Good sauce. Beware if you don’t like Parm, it comes by default on the Pepperoni at least. Will definitely order again and ask to withhold the Parmesan finish.
Their Pizza does take time. A long time. But go to any high end pizza place and your table wait will be about as long as they take. It’s boutique pizza. Little Caesars is down the street if you...
