I visited the store this afternoon to purchase a small traditional bowl. Because I am detoxing, I asked if it would be more to have the granola removed and more fruit added in its place. The guy at the register possibly the manager or owner told me, yes it would be more. I asked, why and he proceeded to do a cost analysis of how the granola cost less than the fruit and the only way that they could track the cost of substituting fruit for granola is by charging for it. I said to him, I did not want a lot of fruit just a small amount. He stood firm in his belief that removing an ingredient that will be sold to someone else and the cost of using a whole banana instead of a half of banana and adding a few extra berries to my bowl required an additional charge. So, I stood firm in my belief that it should not cost more and said thank you, I left the store without making a purchase. In the month of November I have purchased 2 small bowls and 1 large bowl spending about $36.00 at this location. Thanks to this experience I will redirect my money to the grocery store and make my own smoothies in a bowl...

I visited this location the other day and got the Health Nut Bowl.

Bowl: It was really good! Everything tasted fresh and it was the right amount of cold for a warm spring day.

Atmosphere: The design of the shop is super cute - I love the presentation of the menu and the fun little PowerPoint graphics they have on rotation. It is very clean and the employees are kind (in my experiences). They also have a wall where they let other small businesses in the area put their business cards! I love that touch - it’s very considerate and a nice way to support the others in the community!

Service: Like I said earlier, the employees are kind. The wait was a bit long for people who added extra things but the manager (I assume) checked in with the people making the smoothie to see how long it would take for the bowls of individuals that were waiting a while.

Overall, the food and drinks are a bit pricey but the good food and a clean environment makes it worth the price tag. So I definitely recommend this place if you want a...

If I could give zero stars I would being that I could’ve died from this order. I placed an order through DoorDash for a Hawaiian bowl, no granola, no honey and no coconut. I got a bowl that wasn’t what I ordered. The bowl I received had bananas and blueberries on it. I’m deathly allergic to bananas. So I reached out to DoorDash with no help. I then went to the store and asked for a new bowl to be made. The girl brought back what I thought was a new bowl. But I should’ve known something was wrong when half the smoothie part was gone. I didn’t think much of it since I was in a rush. I got back home and started to eat the “new bowl” which was made correctly this time. As I’m eating and getting close to the middle. I encounter a huge chunk of fruit. I thought it was a kiwi since sometimes they have bigger chunks. This fruit felt hard and kind of fuzzy so I immediately pull it out my mouth.
