Costco Food Court — Restaurant in Tracy

This costco needs to have a much better variety of food. There's only one type of pasta, no spaghetti. There's one item for vegetarians, no fresh baked sliced breads, etc. There were many damaged items such as milk that would leak. When we ordered food we had to came back because they needed time to cook it; fine it happens. They didn't end up coming it and offered alternative food over a half hour later! My husband had been wanting a chicken bake for a few weeks so we paid for one and waited for one. When we came back we were offered hotdogs or our money back. They forgot to cook them! And, we're now closing so they couldn't make it. Very unhappy about that, especially after we had waited!

On the other hand the store was clean. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful! Especially the service desk! The store as with all Costcos is huge and has a lot to offer. I feel it just seems like they need to consider having a few more things that typical peole use; especially with the ever growing...

Fast staff, but it still gets really busy during the rush hours. The only thing that was different compared to other Costco food courts were the condiments; they did not readily offer diced onions (though I'm kinda used to it at this point since practically no Costco location has them anymore), and red pepper, and parmesan. However, you can request them by asking a staff, but I was kinda expecting them to be on the counter instead of only being accessible by the staff. But that does not make my experience any worse. Otherwise, everything seemed to be going perfect. Overall, this is a great Costco Food...

Lady chased me down 3 isles in saying i need to show her my costco card again before i go any further after i showed it as i walked in then told me to put merchandise down entail i show my card to her again very un professional and never felt so harassed and she could not give me any reasonable answer to why she chased me and kids down to show my card again was so upset i left and told management and didnt fase them she did it pne more time to another individual before we...
