Taco Bell — Restaurant in Tracy

We ordered ahead on the mobile app and it took over 30 minutes standing in the lobby. There was a younger woman on the line apologizing and pumping out orders and seemingly mainly working on the drive through orders and still talking to the lobby and explaining they're shortstaffed and just being a good employee.

Opposite of her was an older lady moving at the speed of frozen tar, grabbing a box, setting it down, looking up at the monitor, reaching over for an ingredient, setting it down, looking up at monitor, scooting box 3 inches, looking up at monitor, then by God's miracle she would finish one bag, come over to the counter, mumble, ignore the lobby guests who said, "who is this for" and go back to being the world's slowest employee I've ever see. It's already frustrating as hell for the other lady handling a very backed up drive through but because she's younger I'd bet dollars to donuts she gets paid the same or less as Count Slowsula. It was painful to watch. And why is such a large organization only hiring 1-2 people for a Monday lunch...

I went there before work whoever was at the window at 4:40 on 8/11 should not be at the window. I asked for the chicken cantina tacos (which are still displayed on the menu) and this lady replied a very snappy tone "we don't sell those".If something is displayed at the menu I'm gonna assume you have it atleast say you understand that it is out there not speak to us like we are crazy for ordering something you are sold out of. She was not responding when we asked questions and added something to our order we did not order when we asked her to remove it she became snappy again and told us "what do you want you said you wanted the number 6 and now you want the number 2" with a lot of attitude. When we asked for her name she refused to give it to us. Completely ignored we were even asking didn't want to order after that interaction. Won't be coming here again despite being a regular. This taco bell needs to check on who...

Omg. Absurd experience. I’m just appalled how the employees here just giggle and talk and not concentrate on the orders. They just are not interested in doing the job, so slow, food is damn cold & such pathetic customer service not acknowledging the people standing inside the store. Least bothered and so rude! Pls do yourselves a favour and don’t ever go to this store even if it’s like few miles away. Choose a different store as this guys are so careless n not attentive in their job.
