Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Tracy

It’s not so much of a place thing. More of a Skimpy Food thing. Very little Hot Dog or even Vegan Dog for this chain. I would think These Days one can atleast get a Jumbo Sized Dog. And even the fries topped with All the fixens’ are small in a little container. Seems as if I got ripped off for the sizes given. Chili Cheese Dog wrapped in a wrapper and Not in a Hot Dog Container. Thats New to me. Should be an over abundance of Chili and Cheese in the container as well. Not this wrapper stuff. Is this how All Chains do now? I am going to find out by visiting another one and see if this is just how food is served now. I will have to wait another 2-4 Months to try and see . As I Do Not eat much meat in a month to month bases. If this is the supposed servings for the Dollar amount No Thank You! Again this is not a thing about taste. Or unhappy with this location I went to. It’s more of a CHAIN QUESTION as a whole. Anyways.....

I submiitted a poor customer experience online manager has the audacity to call me and harras me first off all he does not have the right to call me and harras me , all i did was leave a feed back and zack takes it upon himself to call me and dispute my review , im not okay with that i will be contacting corparate i have the time logs along with the voice mail he left me , as manager he should have more customer service experience , im honestly shocked this has never happened so heres the back story i go and get food tried to pat with a gift card , he said we dont accept it okay fair enough i asked why if it says they take american express he rellies to us i a rude manner and goes to say its a long story customer dont want to hear it ? The owner/mgr of this location is always extremely rude. He hates that I use the coupons which arrive in the mail as its way to expensive without them. No joke on every visit he makes snide remarks about it. This last visit he went way to far. ACCUSING US OF STEALING OUR NEIGHBORS COUPONS. Really, who would do that. Just an fyi, I went on two separate days and used two different coupons which came from the same paper that arrived, he questioned us as to how we get so many. They only get mailed out every two months he said. You must be taken them from your neighbors mail. OMG I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO OFFENDED. YEAH I USE COUPONS, ESPECIALLY AT THIS PLACE.
