I just went through the drive thru. 1st thing, the boys greeting sucks! I give him my food order, then I asked him if they only have vanilla and chocolate shakes, he doesn’t answer. I ask again, I get no answer. I then said hello 3 times and he finally says, anything else, are you still there? I responded, yep I’m still here are YOU??? He said yes I’m here. But he hasn’t answered my question about milk shakes. Hmmm! So I asked him AGAIN! He finally answered. I get up to the window and told him that was very rude. He said what was rude? WOW!! He doesn’t even know rude, really!?! I said if you were going to step away in the middle of me ordering you could have said something like, ma’am excuse me a moment. I said instead you just disappear. His response was, he laughed! Didn’t apologize for being rude just laughed. That’s the type of people you want representing your store?? SERIOUSLY! He thinks he is entitled, and he’s arrogant! He should have apologized for being rude. Teach that boy some customer service skills before putting...

On 9/18/24 I thought I'd give this establishment another chance in hopes management read my last review (above)..the food was a lot better but my God where do you people get your employees? Who trains them!! Read moreI recently visited this Burger King location and had an unpleasant experience with the manager. I was trying to use a deal code from the app, and there was no line behind me, so things were calm. The cashier, who was polite and seemed new, wasn’t sure how to process the code, so he called the manager for help.
Unfortunately, the manager was very rude from the moment she approached. Instead of helping, she seemed irritated and kept me waiting for nearly 10 minutes, only to eventually say the system wasn’t working and refused to apply the code. She also blamed me for not mentioning it earlier at the speaker, even though there was no one else waiting and I asked politely.
The food itself was good, and the cashier was trying his best, but the manager’s attitude really ruined the experience. Hopefully, this can be improved with better customer...
