Honestly, I probably didn't need to leave another update this soon, but I wanted to. On Wednesday, May 12th, 2021, I had that Taco bell urge; I heard a bean burrito calling my name. I decided to stop at the Taco Bell off the 303 in East Bremerton; it was on my way home, and for once, the line wasn't incredibly long! Yes, of course, I ordered my bean burrito with extra onion (judge me later), and I asked for ice water to drink. I paid the friendly worker, and I was on my way to Walmart; I planned on eating my burrito in the car. Bad me for not taking a picture of this humongous bean burrito; I thought the bag felt a lot heavier, but only a burrito laid on the bottom! I have never (probably never will again) had a bean burrito that resembled three bean burritos put together from Taco Bell; honestly, I figured they messed up my order, but that wasn't the case! Whoever made me this burrito at 11:30ish on May 12th, 2021, with all of those onions, Thank you and please keep doing it =D ---------- 1/10/21 Sometimes I like to go back and give a new or update a previous review. Since Covid started, Taco Bell has remained open, drive-thru only, which is good, and for a fast-food restaurant, it's fairly inexpensive, although like any place, the more you buy, the more you pay. I would like to say Taco Bell was consistent with their food unfortunately, that isn't always the case. One of my staples is their bean burrito, ok, I know, it's repetitive and boring, although, I always request a lot of extra onions and I have tried a few other menu items in past years, I tend to gravitate back to one or two of their items, with the bean burrito, with a lot of extra onions, being one of them, and there have been equal amounts of times when I haven't receive any onions, let alone extra onions. Today I had my usual, bean burrito, yes with the extra onion, and my husband had a black bean crunch wrap (new to him) and nacho fries. I was shockingly surprised that my bean burrito had onions, a large amount of onions throughout the burrito and not just at one end! Happy days for me, it is the little things in life =) My husband's black bean crunch wrap had black beans, obviously, nacho sauce, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, in a tostada shell that's folded and grilled. I have to admit it looked pretty good, and he said he enjoyed it and would eat it again, and although I did not try it, I did try a couple of his nacho fries. The nacho fries is a mildly seasoned french fry with a little tub of warmed nacho cheese sauce on the side and had I truly loved french fries, I may have enjoyed these more, not that I hated them or the side of nacho cheese, I really couldn't identify the seasoning flavor they sprinkled on the fries. So will we return to Taco Bell in the future? Of course we will. Sometimes you just crave Taco Bell food! The food we had tasted fresh and was hot! If you don't know where Taco Bell is located, their location is 7150 State Rt 303 in Bremerton. Across the 303 from Walmart and Mcdonalds. Taco Bell's parking can be a huge pain to deal with, much more so in pre-covid times when one could dine in, simply because they share a small parking lot with Taco Del Mar and Quiznos, and they have an overflow of people from Dominos and Starbucks. Although, Taco Bell is a large chain, every job matters, small or large, please be supportive! Stay strong, have hope, and be kind! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ For a Taco Bell, it wasn't to bad! I felt it was fresh and the chips were not stale or chewy. I ordered nachos, and this time I didn't feel the need to run to the counter and request more cheese as I had too a few months ago. Staff appeared to be friendly, dining area fairly clean minus the soda fountain area, that looked as though it needed to be wiped down, I have dined in our new Taco Bell a few times so far, and it was reasonably clean, minus a couple tables.

Wow I was just here today and I can't believe how unorganized these people are. First of all don't expect to be acknowledged, they will not make eye contact with you or even greet you. They heavily rely on the self order screen and completely ignore you. There is no sense of urgency, you couldn't even tell they had a rush going other than the fact that the room was crowded with people waiting for their food, but they all moved at a snail's pace. What was extremely odd to me is how quiet they all were, no one communicated with each other AT ALL. Which explains a lot! Every order that was coming out had an issue, items missing, wrong ingredients, no drink, etc. What is the point of self ordering and modifying your order when they don't bother reading the order and they just give you whatever they feel like giving you. We had to leave and and go through the drive through to put in another order that was missing, I also went to pick up the drink I paid for that they chose not to give me. After I got my stuff I asked the person in the window if they were the manager, they said no and that the manager would not be able to come over either because they were busy. I let that person know that when I was in the dinning room everyone ignored me including them. I was told in response "its really busy and I'm the only one going back and forth, I saw you in here but I was too busy". I told them I work in customer service, retail to be exact, I know crazy, i've worked 8 black fridays. I said it's important to at least acknowledge the customer and yes you may be busy but you have to HAVE TO communicate and let the customer know you will be with them shortly. If there is anything I have learned is that perception is everything to a customer, and instead of feeding them excuse after excuse as to why you were rude, tell them you apologize for the inconvenience. I think it's safe to say I was will not return to this location ever. I must also add, don't try calling their number, they will NOT answer!

All was good til I opened sealed bag and saw ABSOLUTELY NO SAUCES!!! I requested 19 all together...15 Hot and 4 Mild. I contacted dasher since I didn't know procedure and Mikkey let me know to contact the store. I did.......these mfs tried blaming on the dasher, then told me..."well if u come in we can give u some sauces...there's really nothing we can do..."!!!! 1st off the employees are responsible for bagging everything customer requests and pays for...NOT the dasher!!! 2nd, APPRECIATE YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! ONLY TACO BELL HOT SAUCE GO WIT TACO BELL FOOD (IN MY OPINION!!!!!!!!!). NOW I HAVE TO SETTLE SINCE THEY DONT APPRECIATE OR CARE FOR THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! I care not that it's hot sauce packets...it's principal. Oh an then they gave me this sad piece of work!!!

I pulled into the drive through and sat for 4 minutes, the line never moved. Luckily there was still nobody behind me so I backed up and went inside. I just scrolled through the reviews and it looks like I made a good decision to dodge the drive through. Unfortunately I have to say that the lobby is no better. There was 1 person ahead of me in line, nobody behind the counter. An employee showed up at the counter, rang something up, reached over the counter and ran his own card through the machine. Obviously on a break. Once again nobody behind the counter. Someone finally shows up and takes the order for the guy ahead of me, and then mine. I sat down and waited for about 10 minutes and they finally get my order out to me. I went outside and ate 2 soft tacos in the parking lot, I backed up and started heading out when the car that I was behind in the drive through ended up pulling in behind me. It took that long for him to get the line!! On the good side, the soft tacos were fresh and hot, the beef? ........... hahaha it's taco bell beef. Looks the same coming in or going out. But the toppings were fresh, the lettuce was crispy and the tortillas were full. They did a great job with the product, now if they can figure out the speed they would have a good thing going. It's not as bad as the sonic in poulsbo, but it was still a very long...
