Starbucks — Restaurant in Washington

UPDATE** It's been years that I've come here almost daily.. the staff is always so kind and remembers things we talked about from weeks ago. Definitely a very personable store, which I appreciate.. however the drinks as of lately have been wrecked. As you can see from my review below, the drinks were gipped in amount actually made. My drinks have been wrong constantly. I'll repeat 'light ice ' or ' extra foam' repeatedly, and they still don't press the button for it. There's been days I've said extra foam, and there's not even enough to cover the top of the drink. I recently just left my position at a Starbucks as a supervisor. I know things get busy, but It's not hard to measure in the shaker... or add milk to a drinks that's supposed to have it. This is my favorite store though, so i come back. It's conveniently right next to me. Well, once again today, my shaken oatmilk espresso doesn't have any milk in it.. not to mention, its about the equivalent of a tall, as is my iced tea, when I ordered a grande. I love this store. I'm there just about every day. The staff is always great. However, the few select days it's all guys working the counter and window, my drinks have been awful. I brushed it off the last two times. Then today got my Iced latte. Shots tasted especially burnt and it was not filled nearly as much as it should be. This has been on going issue. Either they make it dairy, not soy. They leave a good amount of space in the cup (every time) , or the service is just bad. When i ordered blck ice tea with lemonade and raspberry, they failed to putbin leminade, and there was barely any ice. It was super warm. Again, I love coming here. I have had the green tea frappe before, and was excited to try the new strawberry one. I went to the store on 303. I have never had any of my frapps look watery, and when I came back and said I heard her say she made it wrong, this tastes like water and a little bit of grass there's no sweetener in it, I was argued with and told that's how they always taste. I even asked if I could get something else, since that is how they make it there and she said no we'll just remake it. It was disgusting and on top of that the cashier was rude and the barista was clearly was not making them correctly. I ordered and paid for extra strawberry cold foam, and the second round tastes even more like water, and had half the amount of cold foam. When I asked if she remembered the extra cf, she lied...I will NEVER go there again and thanks for wasting my money. I am a single mother who only goes maybe once a year. I've come through a handful times at this location because it's closest to my house but we will no longer be going back. Three separate times my drink has been different prices ranging anywhere from $6 to $8.50 I get the same drink every time I've asked questions and from what I understand is whoever takes the order is adjusting the price.

On two separate occasions I didn't get my complete order including today. When I ask the employee instead of looking in front of them where my drink was they asked me. Did I not hand it to you? Does none of that look like your drink? I just felt like it was unnecessary to make commentary like that when the drink was clearly in front of them. When I asked for a straw for my drinks I was completely ignored. Incredibly disappointed with this experience. Will not...
