I was so EXCITED to try this place based off of the reviews here.. the greeting while entering was great.. This was my very first time trying this place , so I asked the waiter if I could add grilled chicken to my Quesadilla as I didn’t see it on the menu . She ensures me I could. I asked for grilled chicken I told her I didn’t like shredded .. She brings me shredded chicken. I am not picky but only when it comes to the way I like my meat.. I still tried it as i said I don’t like to complain , the shredded chicken was disgusting and lacking season . Tasted like WATER. So I was said nicely if I could change my order as I didn’t like it . Im she says I can but would still charge me for the meal I took one bite of.. So miscommunication on they’re part . I asked to speak to the manager after the waiter informed me I would still need to pay for the meal that I couldn’t bare to eat . The manager also tells me I would still need to pay for it because the food was not cold when served so I would need to still pay for it as I stated that wasn’t the problem the problem was that is not what I ordered!!! The manager had a attitude and brought up the word free as if I expected that .. I only was trying to get something else to replace it as i am here to eat dinner ! I am starving .. totally embarrassed at this point . Completely lost my Appetite being treated as if my complaint didn’t matter all they care about is the money not the one dining in ! ! .. They was going to charge me for the meal I didn’t eat and the replacement .. As a paying customer “my sister liked her food” this is no way to be treated due to the waiter misinforming me about the chicken not being actually what I wanted and ordered .. totally unprofessional and embarrassing ! Paid over $40 for our meals and I didn’t even get to enjoy my dinner . Left hungry . Do not recommend going...
Read moreDecided to stop here after a big meeting with a client for the 2nd time as the 1st time wasn’t the best but we were back in town for work so I thought I’d give it another try. Everything was going fine until we ordered our food around 1:30 pm on a Tuesday, so it’s obviously not that busy. We waited and waited and waited and still no food. We ordered 1 burrito and 1 taco, so not a ton of food. An hour goes by and we still don’t have our food. The waitress informs us that they accidentally delivered the burrito to the wrong table, no worries, mistakes happen, but I asked they remake all of the food and not just the burrito. Another 10 min go buy and voila, we have our food. Definitely wasn’t something worth waiting an hour for. I ask if the manager could come over to discuss as we had been there for an hour and 15 min hoping customer service wouldn’t be an issue. The Manager comes over after being requested after another 10 min of waiting, waitress is no where to be found, and manager proceeds to tell us that after viewing the cameras, our order was placed 20 mins ago so that is not her problem as we should’ve ordered sooner. Low and behold, the waitress never put the order in until 20 min ago, ultimately THEIR mistake. The money isn’t the issue as we spent less than $20 but the issue is the lack of customer service this restaurant has. The manager could have simply discounted our food for the over an hour wait or simply apologized for pointing the finger at my client and I but instead felt the need to not say anything for 10 min while viewing cameras anticipating that we were lieing and never proceeded to look at the time difference between when we actually ordered and when her bartender/waitress out the order in. Read moreI hate to leave a poor review for a local spot but here it goes. We got there at 12:45 thinking 1 hr would be enough time to eat lunch in an empty place before we had to get the kids from school. Wrong. We had to ask the waitress to pack everything to go as we hadn’t gotten our food until 2:00. Next the flies were unbearable. They literally landed on me and my wife at lest 10 times while we were waiting. There are no flies outside so they must be coming from inside somewhere. They should put some fly tape in a corner somewhere. It was so funny to see the only other people at the restaurant pretend that the flies weren’t landing on their food lol. Lastly I figured ok $60 for 2 tacos and a burrito and cheese dip. The food must at least be good. Wrong. The overly complicated recipes have extra stuff in everything that just makes the food taste bad. I got basically a queso burrito. The “micro greens” they put on top is a poor choice coupled with the overwhelming vinegar taste that is in the meat and beans. With the bitter greens then they added pickled jalapeños creates a vinegar pickle burrito that was cold to the touch as soon as I got it to the car. Maybe it was a fluke but the queso dip we got also cold. And the beef and pico they put in the center was also cold and made the whole dish taste like vinegar. A little tip, just use salt pepper and chili powder. The food would taste better. At least the service was good. Wrong. The poor girl was speaking at a whisper the entire time and was acting mildly sedated which can be expected in these days of overly medicated population. But it made it hard to hear her as she struggled to recite the specials. We were polite, calm and left 20% tip but we won’t be returning. I hope you guys can...
