Sal's Pizza — Restaurant in Tredyffrin Township

Unless you want to support a business that tells its community patrons to go "f?&$" themselves, do not bring your business here.

Sal's had generously committed to supporting our elementary school spring fair fundraiser by supplying the pizza at a reduced rate. In exchange, he received advertising before and during the fair. Less than 2 hours prior to the fair, he demanded full price for the pizza or he wouldn't deliver. When the chair reminded him that this wasn't the agreement, he told her to "go f--- herself and f--- the Valley Forge Elementary school spring fair."

I can understand if he decided against sponsoring the fair - it's a business decision. But no one has the right to treat their patrons this way.

This is the second this week that I have called to place an order and was told they could not hear me and call back had to call three times. I went into the shop and the man just stayed in the back and would not acknowledge when I asked twice if he made my hoagie, he knew it was me calling and he understood turkey and cheese. NEVER AGAIN. There are much better pizza places in the gateway and in the area. This is NO WAY to treat repeat customers. SO RUDE. One time out of three I did get the hoagie I wanted (just a craving with the warm weather). I watched him make it opened the lettuce and just cut didn't even wash it. I had ham & cheese and the ham wasn't that good so I switched to turkey but never got it. So rude, no way to treat a lady! This place is horrible do not ever order from here. I ordered delivery through the slice app which I always use and never have issues. I spent $40 and never received my food. They are saying it was delivered in which it never was. I asked to be called when they arrived never received a phone call or my food. I reached out to the app, which they are going to look into it, I also called the pizza place. Some guy answered the phone, I told him what happened and his exact words " I don't care". I will never order from this place again that is disgusting. How do you run a business and treat paying customers like that.
