Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Trinidad

Because the online order didn't work, I drove to Dominos myself. When I entered the store, the employees were already very busy, but unfortunately my server was not very friendly and impatient. I wanted to order, but she immediately said there would be a 45 minute wait. OK, I had to clarify whether we still wanted pizza. When I clarified this, I asked if they could deliver it? Why didn't I order online? But that didn't work. OK, they deliver, I ordered 1 Parmesan Crust Philly Cheese Steak and 1 Parmesan Crust Extravagan ZZa. After about an hour the pizza arrived. When we opened the Extravagan we were pleasantly surprised and it was really tasty. But with the Philly Cheese Steak, where was the topping? It was just cheese, you had to search for the rest. That's a shame. Despite the many good reviews, we decided on Dominos and were unfortunately disappointed again. The only really positive experiences were the Extravagan and the lady who brought us the pizza. June 20th I ordered 3 items to be delivered. When I received them 2 items were incorrect. I was unable to catch the delivery driver so tried calling the store. I tried many times and never received an answer. I reordered the 2 incorrect items again and when ready I went to pick them up. The delivery lady was nice and going to help but a man with black hair butted in and told her he would handle it. The guy with black hair demanded as to why I did not bring the wrong food back (anyone who has worked in food knows it gets tossed), called me a liar about getting wrong food and about calling. He then asked what I wanted them to do and I stated again how I had reordered the items and just wanted my food. He got the food, still told me a total, which I said again I just wanted the correct food that I had paid for. He did finally give me my food, no apologies, no "have a nice day", nothing. I don't think that bam pizza or Ben or Cody ever trained any of the employees on asking drive through customers to tip. In fact i know which BAM module its in, you don't ask. I don't think a driver, or ever a server has ever come at me demanding a tip, anywhere. Usually it's offered if the customer feels you earned it. Like say you drove it to my house in your vehicle, using your gas, making less than miniwage, sure. But in a situation where I'm doing the delivery to myself, I feel I have earned the tip and I will start asking your employees in store to tip me if this is the standard?
