KFC — Restaurant in Trinidad

Upon placing an order for an 8 piece meal of original dark meat, the cashier had to check to see if there was enough. An employee from the back then yelled at me that I needed to call ahead if I'm going to order that much chicken because I am using up all their chicken. Once I got my dine in order, I was given mashed potatoes instead of fries and n plates to eat on. I waited in line again to exchange the mashed potatoes and ask for plates. When I got to the counter and explained about the mashed potatoes, the cashier rolled her eyes and flailed her arms with exasperation. At this point I did not have the nerve to ask for anything else. We ended up eating our chicken and fries on napkins and our cole slaw on drink lids in plain sight of the kitchen and cashier. When I spoke to the manager about our experience, he was annoyed at the employee who hollared at me, from the kitchen, but was unconcered about the cashier's rude behavior, and defended us not being given plates. I normally don't do reviews, but I am super frustrated. I placed an order online for pick up today. It said it would be ready at 4:21pm. I get there are 4:25pm and go through the drive thru. They say it's gonna be 22 min on the mac and cheese I ordered. I said that's fine. I wait 26 min in the line of the drive thru with 3 cars in front of me. I get to the window and im told it will be another 10 min and ask me to pull forward. I do. I waited for 20 min before calling the store and asking what was going on. They said it was almost done and they are sorry. Its now 5:16pm and they just brought my food out. Half of it was missing and the drinks. They went back in to get it and they were very rude. I finally got all of my food and drinks at 5:20pm. I know staffing can be short, but almost an hour wait for Mac and cheese to be made is a little ridiculous. I definitely won't be eating here again...

On 04/22/2015 at 8:30pm I went to KFC and ordered a three piece chicken tender meal. Was told they only had 2 piece, I told them I wait for them to make more. Was then told they couldn't cook any it was almost time for them to close. I asked what time you close? they stated 10:00pm. I then asked can I talk to manger? The voice on other end of drive threw stated she was the manager. I pulled around and I then asked who was her supervisor, was told he was not there. Then asked for owner info, she stated didn't know who that was. the manager was unprofessional and her body language was indifferent. this isn't the first time I had this happen.
