Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Trinidad

I normally have no problems with Taco Bell nor their food. But this location was a doozy. After entering, no one would make eye contact with, nor acknowledge the fact that someone was at the counter waiting to order for a good 4 minutes. The manager/supervisor, when asked a simple question on behalf of wife, was seen rolling her eyes and being rude, to the extent that the friendly and kind cashier came and told us "I don't know what her problem is" and gave us a few complimentary items. The food was terrible. Most Taco Bells have a pretty universal food standard and flavor, this was not the case here. My chalupa shell was literally burnt, at least 8 shades darker than it should have been with terrible taste, and the meat tasted off. My wife's salad was much the same. I did not try the KFC side of this restaurant, so cannot speak for the KFC food, hence the 2nd star. I wouldn't blame the cashier that helped us for poor quality of this franchise. Based on what I saw I expect a less than wholesome work environment and very low kitchen standards. The restaurant was pretty clean, though the bathroom garbage (men's) was overflowing...

If I could leave 0 stars or less I would. This is the worst taco bell and possibly worst place to get food in Trinidad. The employees are rude, the last time we ordered there the guy at the window audibly sighed and complained while I was ordering. The food is always wrong, missing something, or just plain terrible tasing. They load everything with gobs of lettuce and sour cream but two crumbles of meat. The manager Marcos is rude and the most unprofessional person in a management position I've ever spoke to. When I called to let him know about the last time 6 out of 9 of the items we got tasted bitter and like bad oil he laughed and said okay and only after arguing with my step-dad for another 5 minutes agreed he would let us pick up those 6 items at a later time. So I made an online complaint hoping someone above him would see it and do something about it just for Marcos call me the following day to ask why I made an online complaint when he already took care of the issue which is in itself unprofessional!! Save yourself time, money, and frustration. A bowl of cereal would be better than...

Would give zero stars but that wasn't an option smh came in about a week and half ago ordered a cantina chicken bowl got home there was no tomato no black beans and no Guacamole called asked to speak with someone about my messed up order a young gentleman got on the phone so I stated my concerns that's when he informed me they were out of those ingredients smh gave me his name said he'll make it right next time just ask for him fast forward to today I pull up to drive thru ask for the guy and was told he's not working so I tell them them what's going on and they tell me sorry he isn't a manager he's a cook so there's nothing they could do smh so I proceeded to still order get home my one chalupa had no chicken the other had 3 pieces and was missing jalapeños that I paid for them to add called 10 times with no answer so I drive back down speak to a manager this time and he tried to tell me with attitude there was chicken on them lol and after arguing not once offered to make things right but he offered a refund that I accepted but realized after he never refunded me for my jalapeños that I...
