I normally have no problems with Taco Bell nor their food. But this location was a doozy. After entering, no one would make eye contact with, nor acknowledge the fact that someone was at the counter waiting to order for a good 4 minutes. The manager/supervisor, when asked a simple question on behalf of wife, was seen rolling her eyes and being rude, to the extent that the friendly and kind cashier came and told us "I don't know what her problem is" and gave us a few complimentary items. The food was terrible. Most Taco Bells have a pretty universal food standard and flavor, this was not the case here. My chalupa shell was literally burnt, at least 8 shades darker than it should have been with terrible taste, and the meat tasted off. My wife's salad was much the same. I did not try the KFC side of this restaurant, so cannot speak for the KFC food, hence the 2nd star. I wouldn't blame the cashier that helped us for poor quality of this franchise. The employees are rude, the last time we ordered there the guy at the window audibly sighed and complained while I was ordering. The food is always wrong, missing something, or just plain terrible tasing. They load everything with gobs of lettuce and sour cream but two crumbles of meat. The manager Marcos is rude and the most unprofessional person in a management position I've ever spoke to. When I called to let him know about the last time 6 out of 9 of the items we got tasted bitter and like bad oil he laughed and said okay and only after arguing with my step-dad for another 5 minutes agreed he would let us pick up those 6 items at a later time.
