Today I tried to use drive thru only picking Mc Donald cause I didn’t see no line and I was in a hurry!! I have been told not to use Trinidad location. I see co worker’s with flies in the cold coffee n orders of co workers come back wrong or missing items. I chose to use any way thinking I am on a time crunch around 1:30 ish pm so I ordered a Ac a quarter pound deluxe with one sweet tea. After staying in line with about three car’s in front of me one at window to pay for 7 minutes and was told to move to parking one where I sat for 15 more minutes, I had to go I was on a time crunch n didn’t get my order. I tried calling all the way back from work n while I was at work a few times to let them know that I didn’t get my order. I wanted to say I was sorry I was on time crunch. No one answered the phone. So after work I went back to get my order or refund if possible. I was asked if I was given a receipt. I told them that I got my tea and was told to park in parking one and no I was not given a receipt from them. I was told there was no evidence I ordered n paid for my order so as far as they are concerned I never paid or was even in drive thru with no evidence. I paid with a card. Because I didn’t get a receipt I paid 9 something for one sweet tea. Wow how sad but learned my lesson. If you don’t have 30 or more minutes to wait for your food n check your order at once to make sure it’s right. You get what they give you n that is that. Wow how sad is the customer...
Read moreI Give it a three only because,I personally know the General Manager, He is a great guy and is really trying to fix the problems that He is facing in this store. He truly stands alone in my opinion. What I mean to say is,I have witnessed and experienced the rudeness,the lack of care in the customer service end(front counter) what do I mean,you ask? What I mean is I have waited up to 10 minutes for someone to come to the front counter to take my order,and when they did show up they acted like it was a bother to do so,and even verbalized that it was a few different times. Not all the employees are this way. But unfortunately there are several that are. Mysteriously this generally is not the case when the GM is there the place runs smooth and there is someone waiting to take your order. The worst time to go in there is when the owner is there she is truly the rudest women I have met in my entire 58years of life. I can't believe that a successful corporation like McDonalds would let all this misrepresentation of there good reputation go on. They seriously need to investigate the operations of both(Trinidad,Raton stores that are owned by this women because in the many visits to both stores myself. Got back to the house, after having to go back and geting the 10 piece nugget that wasn't put in the bag, just to find out my daughter had 1 of her 2 burgers with MUSTARD and ONION on it. How do the cooks get 1 right and 1 wrong? Multiple times before that we've ordered Mighty Kids meals with a plain cheeseburger and got home and found out it was full of mustard, ketchup, and pickles. The girl with the glasses that takes the order in the drivethru is awesome! She gets the order right on paper EVERYTIME, but then I get to the window and pick up my food and it's like the cooks either can't read or don't care. Don't worry, I know I can't expect anything to be done because no one is ever held accountable. I personally wont ever est there but what is my 2 cents in the scheme of things right? Sure we joked about having to drive back a second time to get food that should have been in my bag the first trip, but honestly its ridiculous that this behavior has become acceptable.
