Giuliano's Italian Kitchen — Restaurant in Troy

Do not believe their website when it states you will be kept updated and when your order is ready so you know when to arrive.

I received one text and one email confirming order received (right after order placed). Website kept refreshing order received. Both text/email stated when order would be ready (less than 20 minutes) and I waited 40 minutes with no other text/email and no change to website.

Upon arrival, before I could call for curbside pickup, someone came out with my order, confirmed who I was, and asked if I had arrived before (he must have wondered why I arrived so late). I told him no, that I was waiting as website instructed; he then apologized.

After arriving home, the website refreshed to order now complete. No other text/email.

Except for the now surprisingly still warm food and missing bacon (paid extra for this addition), the food seems like it would be good.

07-16-2023: Ordered Cannelloni, Cheese Tortellini, and Lemon Cake. I arrived on-time but had to wait 5 more minutes (this is not my gripe). Live close by their Livernois location, so very disappointed both entrees were cold. Lemon Cake was great. Received email to give review, so will wait and see whether owner approves of my responses (doubt it which is why I updated...

Stopped in on while we were visiting from Windsor for a day shopping trip. We are so glad we did, the food was excellent! Giulianos is a nice little family run Italian restaurant. The woman who took our order was very helpful in answering questions and recommended the spaghetti and meatballs as well as chicken parmesan, although it's more of a take out place we ate there (there are 2 or 3 tables). There was warm bread provided to start, and the food arrived shortly after.

Both of our meals were amazing, the meatballs and sauce were 10/10. The chicken parm was tasty as was the penne with alfredo. The sauces are homemade, and you can tell the ingredients for both the meats and sauces are of very good quality. The serving sizes were also very good, we both took home leftovers. As it was our first time there the woman also brought us a piece of their lasagna to try and it too was excellent. Though it's more of a take out place the woman still provided us outstanding service and brought everything we needed to our table - if you happen to read this, thank you for everything!

We will for sure be back on our next trip over over the border to Detroit and I'm already looking...

Giuliano’s is by far the most authentic and delicious Italian restaurant with homemade sauces that tastes like it came right from Italy. You can tell they cook with love because the dishes are perfect every time. The high quality of the ground beef really stands out in their dishes and they are generous with how much (meat, seafood, etc) they put in all variety of dishes. Some of my favorite dishes are the lasagna and meat stuffed ravioli with shrimp. This is definitely a place where you can order something different each time and love every order. The quality of ingredients are so good that you don’t feel too heavy after. Each meal comes with warm and soft fresh bread that you can get addicted to fast so consider yourself warned. Overall, this restaurant is a 12/10 and is better than other Italian restaurants by far. Every dish I had tasted like it was a secret recipe passed down through generations and there is nothing better than a cozy home feeling when having a nice meal.
