Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Troy

With a family of 8 we love Little Caesars. I've stopped in the Troy location many times and it's been a good experience. Today was not. I was the only customer in the store at the time so I grabbed our cold drinks and set them on the counter. Everyone was in the back and walking around. One guy came out to the cooler and got a 2 liter, he did not acknowledge me and went to the back again. Still nobody acknowledged my presence. The front counter was dirty and the glass on the doors where they put the hot & ready stuff was smeared. Finally a guy came out and I asked what they had ready. He said he had an icb and some cheese and pepperoni almost ready. I told him I would take a couple pepperoni. He rang me up for 6 drinks and pizza for $17. He gave me one pizza. I said I asked for 2 pizzas. He rang me up again for a pizza and walked in the back. While I was waiting I heard him talking and laughing in the back about ICB and seeing an IC bi#*h. I thought wow. I had been completely polite. He finally brought my 2nd pizza out. I got my stuff and left. Instead of another pepperoni I was given a cheese pizza. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they had been really busy but the whole thing was really...

Called this location today at 5. Started to order food when I was rudely interrupted by the employee saying “someone just called in a HUGE order so it’ll be about an hour”. I said ok that’s fine I don’t get off work for another 30 minutes. I start ordering (3 pizzas and 3 breadsticks), again, rudely interrupted “ok so it’s going to be at least 1-2 hours. I questioned why it would take 1-2 hours for 3 pizzas and 3 breadsticks. No response. I simply ended the call and called my wife. In Troy Ohio there are another 8 pizza places at least to order from. We settled on Marcos and I picked it up right after work! Smooth transaction. Your business model is hot and ready. I understand the first part of a big order but the second part lost me. I emailed corporate, nothing will probably get done. If there isn’t a resolution to this awful customer service I’ll simply never order there. Again, too many pizza places to choose from...

Will never get pizza there again. Troy, Ohio. We got a pizza last night. Made my whole famiy get stomach cramps. I think it's nearly done running its course. I'm disabled had no way to ER but definitely not right when a pizza causes stomach camping to you and your kids. Called Caesars before going to make sure they were open...the young man said yes but as always, anyone that answers phone was sure Not friendly. And since I'm doing a rating I must say that pizzas from there are never completely cut. We have to get out our pizza cutter and do it where they started to but never completed. If would have been eating in vehicle...whatta mess that would be. Don't even deserve one star. Also..the pizzas there are made in a careless manner. They are sloppy, bottom of pizza box saturated with grease and it Never looks like the pizza they advertise. And when I call to tell them...
