Taco Bell — Restaurant in Troy

It will not let me go below 1 star... I pulled up to the drive thru speaker to be informed that they didn’t have any beef and we would still be charged extra for chicken and steak. I sat there in disbelief for a moment at the fact that a fast food restaurant could run out of its main ingredient before one of the drunk passengers in my back seat said “You’ve got to be kidding me..” I was then surprised to hear a voice come on the speaker and tell me that they would not be accepting my business and that I needed to leave the drive thru. I informed the worker that I would speak with the manager at the window. I pulled up to the window and saw the worker glaring at me and then their “manager” approached the window. She opened it to inform me because of my attitude my vehicle wouldn’t be served and that they were In the process of informing the police. The worker was then shutting the window as the manager walked away I said, “Great business strategy, turn away people who are willing to pay money for terrible food.”

I know it’s hard to believe but I was then punched in the nose through the window by the drive thru worker. I’m still sitting here in disbelief but have already spoke with the authorities and in their words, “The camera angle we have does not show anything outside of the drive thru window.”

Originally Taco Bell was trying to press charges against me and now they are trying to back out of what their worker did. Clearly nothing will come out of this incident I just wanted to inform the public of what workers they have at this particular establishment. Not a huge...

The one with the 5layer burrito,I wanted one no bean and the other no sourcreme, both has bean and sour creme, I'm running a fever of 101.2 so I nicely called asked to speak to a manager Angela at the Troy ohio taco bell, she called me a liar and said that she made them and she made them correctly, as I was pulling my burritos out of the brown bag ,there was no durritos.. I'm aggravated by her calling me a liar I asked for another manager she said that there was none and that she would fix them if I brought them back, I live 20 mins from that location that it was no big deal for 6$ worth of food, she then cut me off by saying I needed to quit cussing at her I said mam how do you know they where made correctly of you knew they forgot the durritos.. she kept cutting me off saying how I was a liar and I needed to get over it, I asked for corporates number she told me that they wouldn't do anything about it, I kept replying I need the number if it wasn't given to me I notifier HR about her poor management, I'm waiting on a call back.. I'll never step foot into that location again and I won't eat at any taco bell until this is handled.. my food was rang up by Sophia k and it was around 8:11pm I contacted this...

This is, BY FAR, the WORST Taco Bell I have ever received food from or should I say, NOT received food from! We have only lived in Troy since November 2020 and we've got food from this location approximately 4 or 5 times, and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. they've screwed up the order. We always get cinnamon twists, and every time, we've had to go back and get them because they've left them out of the order. Even though we paid for them. Today we decided to give them another chance, and my husband paid for the new advertised quesalupa and again he did not get it what he ordered. So today was the last straw. We didn't get our 2 orders of cinnamon twists and we didn't get his quesalupa. We will not give them any more chances. I will say this, if you're a fast food worker and work at this taco bell, you do NOT deserve the pay you get if you can't put what people order in a bag. You definitely do not deserve the $15 an hour that fast food workers think they need to be paid. We tried to call the place to tell them, and their phone is not ringing. I guess they would take it off the hook because they're tired of all the complaints of wrong orders. Someone needs to fire these employees and maybe even the manager if they can't fix their mistakes and make orders...
