I went into the LifeStyle Furniture store this morning looking for a couch, loveseat and a couple of recliners. I was asking questions to the sales person about quality ratings of the furniture and how they would compare to Flexsteel, for instance. I asked how they would rate the quality of the furniture I was being shown. The sales person said “ Let me go get my manager”. I said okay….he went back to talk to the manager and the manager would NOT come out from behind the counter ( there were no other customers in the store). I would have loved to have spoken with the manager to get the information I needed to make a good decision about what I was wanting to purchase. We walked out of there without having our questions competently answered and felt that they didn’t care whether they helped us or sold any furniture at all. I would not recommend this store unless you don’t care about quality...

We had a great experience at Lifestyle Furniture of Troy. We first spoke with Carla who was very willing to answer every question we have and gave us great information. Anything she didn't know she found out for us. We did not feel pressured to buy and were assured that we could still take advantage of the deal they were offering even though we had to come back the next week.

The store owner was very experienced and knowledgeable. Again there was no high pressure sale, just information to help us make our decisions. He even helped me pick a color scheme to go with a picture of our living room wall paint and he was right! The pieces look fantastic!

Prices were manageable especially with the President's Day Sale and the free delivery special offer at the time.
