I never voice my opinion about mistakes but this time, I must. First off it was not busy inside the restaurant and the drive through was not overly crowded. I came inside with a great coupon "2 Egg McMuffins" for $4. So, I asked the cashier, could I get cheese with it, the girl responded yes. I asked her if the coupon was good x 4, she said yes. I told her I was late for a meeting with some clients would it take long, she and said no. I asked for four large coffees with three creams and three sugars for each, napkins and stir sticks, salt and catsup. When I checked the first bag it had no condiments, I asked again and they did not put half of it in. When I asked again, the manager said you'll have to wait. So, I went to the self serve and grabbed stir stick and napkins there was no catsup to go. I looked at the bill and saw that she over charged me by double. I told her that she had overcharged me for two of the muffins. Contrary to what she said earlier, she said it was only good for two. ??? I asked the manager about it she told me.i would have to wait. I did not have time to argue about the price and got stuck paying extra. When I drove around the corner to meet my clients, and handed the bags to them, they were disgusted. Not only was the food HARD, COLD, with NO CHEESE but it was partially wrapped and stuck to the inside of the bag with one single slice of cheese that was broken up. A waste of 17 dollars. So much for a four dollar coupon. Also when I took the survey, It did not allow you enough time nor adequate categories to fully explain your situation. It seemed more concerned with ridiculous questions about my age, ethnicity and such. They offered me a free mcmuffin.
Been to this McDonalds because it was convenient to my appointments. Never again, it's my advice that no one else does either till they change structure and address...
Read moreNot a good experience the last couple times. Had to wait for over 15 min in the drive through at 9:30 PM because only one lane open and no indoor service. Weren't exactly busy only 4 other cars in line including mine. Service is also hit and miss. Ordered a daily double only to get home to find no patties on the sandwich. Went back today and ordered 2 Mcdoubles with no ketchup. Of course both had ketchup and where extra sloppy. Mayo and ketchup dripping from the sandwich. Tried calling to let them know. No answer and mailbox full. Also the employee at the window tried charging cash eventhough I paid through the app. When I questioned to make sure my card wasn't going to get charged he responded with I don't know and shrugged his shoulder then asked for cash again. Thank goodness someone else came back and explained to him it was already paid. Why would you put someone at the window when they can't answer simple questions. Same employee once told me he couldn't change my pick of sauce for mcnuggets because I already ordered them on the app. Eventhough I hadn't received my order. Unfortunately it seems like almost every time there is some issue at this location. If it wasn't so close would definitely go to a different location. Not trying to be hard on them but there has been multiple other occasions where something was wrong and just didn't bring it to anyone's attention. Kinda hard when they don't pick up also. Excellent service again today. Ordered a McDuffie double toasted and received one that was black. Could have used it for a hockey puck. I dont get it I was the only one at the restaurant and they had just opened. Wpuld be different if they had been busy.. Thanks again...
