So first I need to say as a Retail Manager you have to be the one to keep your cool. With that being said early Saturday morning right after 6am we arrived at this Wendy's drive thru. Driving from KY. We had probably been on the road for 2.5 hours and we were hungry. There was a car before us so we knew they were open. Really at this point the manager on duty should have spoken up and stated that they just opened and please be patient. What happened was the car infront of us went to the window then we were up and waited for quite some time and no one spoke from the drive thru. Then we said hello and were aggressively told to wait. We waited again then after a while asked how long and then were rudely told we just opened. For the manager on duty check yourself. Read moreI just stood in front of the register waiting to have my order taken or even be greeted. two employees, one guy with long hair and another mid aged caucasian average brunette female that were qorking made eye contact a few times but failed to ask if i needed help or was waiting to order. I waited 5 minutes before the manager who was sitting in the lobby working on administrative stuff comes up and asks if i needed help and attempts to get an employee to help me. Now if it were busy in the drive thru I'd maybe even understand. However, it was not. There was 1-2 cars. Failure to acknowledge a potential paying customer is not acceptable. I will Never come back to this Wendy's and inquire if this is normal etiquette taught to Wendy's employees. I hope this is indeed an isolated incident. Read moreWent through the drive thru. Asked about the biggie bag change- why it doesn’t come with 10 nuggets now, but 4. Was disappointed that the biggie bag and 4 for 4 had both changed, but still ordered. We had no spoon or sauce that we’d ordered. The fries were cold as soon as I ate one. So we took them back in, they were replaced and were much better warm. We got the other stuff missing and went back out. Guess we should have checked the other stuff too though because the nuggets and sandwich were both cold. I figured the fries had just gotten cold while the other food was being cooked but nope. Pretty sure our food just sat for too long. So disgusted and disappointed..
