Second time coming here and I will say that the service is still lacking. First time around the service was rude, to say the least. As a POC and seeing only POC working here, it’s sad to see the disservice given out just because of the way one looks. The food was great, I will not deny that, but that does not make up for the rude behavior by the staff. My daughter and I wanted to come here again because of the quality of the food thinking the service might change but it was just as lacking if not more. Our orders were wrong and took longer than other guests who had come in after us. When questioned about a pizza that came out wrong, the server said they would bring me one that they had already made in the back without apologizing or attempting to correct the mistake. We attempted to get drink refills to no avail and we got no one to come to the table asking if we needed anything. Other patrons were provided service several times during their dinner while we had to flag a server willing to help us out while ours kept rolling her eyes at us. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back here and will find a more suitable and welcoming...

I'll give two stars because the margherita pizza was good , however the fettuccine chicken Alfredo was unseasoned garbage. Took one forful and almost threw up in my mouth. That went in the garbage wife claims it just needed to be seasoned and add some Parmesan if that's the case then I'd rather make it myself. The wings were literally like Tyson's chicken super small barbecue wings, $19 bucks for only about 5-6 the mozzarella sticks man nothing from this place can be fresh at all. I am not from here, but my daughter says the pizza was good. I should've known better if this is the best Connecticut has to offer don't waste your time almost 75 bucks and only thing for was literally the pizza I'd never go back here again or would recommend any kind to go here. Pizza was 27 bucks Wings were 19 bucks Those mozzarella sticks were 14 bucks And the fettuccine chicken Alfredo was like 25 bucks. Way over priced for this man. And it's not good taken out of a frozen bag if anything and microwaved I'll end it here before I have nothing else good to say about this place as far as...

I ordered take out. Upon my arrival I pulled up to the first parking spot. (5 minute time limit). I saw the hostess roll her eyes.(probably thought I was going to dine in) I walk in and she's like picking up? I said yes. Then she points to the girl behind the counter. The girl behind the counter was clearly flustered. Especially since she didn't bother to make eye contact or say Hi. "Name? " No big deal. She when over to counter and saw my cold meal was not complete. So she went to the back and got the rest of it. Think she verified for completion before bagging? NO! I asked for 2 Cannoli... that was a huff. Hostess came behind counter and filled them. I get home... food order incomplete. 🤦‍♂️ I called to speak to manager.... "he'll call you tomorrow". Did he, nope. It's sad because the food here is good. However for the price you expect to get good service and a completed order. Oh and please stop leaving pick up orders by the counter with an open door where everyone that orders, does so on top...

We stopped in last night for a quick dinner after a volleyball game in the area. We were pleasantly surprised that they were affiliated with Osteria Romana one of our other favorite restaurants. Pasta was absolutely delicious and is homemade, the special salad with arugula, apples, goat cheese and almonds was fantastic, and for my granddaughter the buffalo wings and the french fries were perfectly done. The bar is somewhat limited on what they offer but a great selection of wines, sangria and beer is available. It just so happened it was a Wednesday night so they're Crepes were only $5 and out of this world! Open 7 days a week ....... we will definitely be back!
