Approximately two weeks ago we ordered two large pizzas online and my husband pick them up on the Main Street Reynoldsburg location. My husband got home to realize that one pizza was missing the toppings we asked for. I called the Reynoldsburg store and Tyler answered. I explained the situation and he said that I should have checked the order before I left. Although that is true I reminded him it is also his responsibility for he and his staff to check all orders before sending them out the door. He said they were short-staffed and if I wanted to bring it back they would remake it. We live in Pataskala and I told him it was late I have company over and let's just take my name so I can come back in another time with a credit. He said they don't do that the offer is only good for that night. I told him I was going to call corporate he said go ahead and call corporate and ask me if there was anything else. While I was talking he hung up the phone. I called back four or five times only for them to pick the phone up and hang it up. I was so upset that a manager would hang up on me while i was still speaking. We ended up ordering from Vick's Pizza in Reynoldsburg. I contacted corporate corporate office and was told that they would have someone from the Reynoldsburg location would call to address the situation. I did not receive a phone call so I sent another email in which this time a mr. Walter emailed me saying that he was sorry about the situation and offered me a credit or coupons. My intent was not to get free free food my intent was to have corporate address the issue of their managers treating customers so rudely and to not blame the customer when the store was at fault. I have yet to hear from the store as I told them I felt Tyler needed to call us personally to apologize for his behavior. Still waiting. Read moreMy wife and I get pizza and cheese bread sticks from here a couple of times a month. Six months ago this place was fine. Food was what you would expect, they were usually on time, etc. Lately it has been terrible. Today we ordered just cheese bread sticks and a two liter of Pepsi for delivery. The quoted time that was emailed to me was about 40 minutes after the order was placed. This is a little long but understandable. The food arrived over an hour after it was ordered. The delivery driver said a couple of drivers didn't show up for their shift. We said that was fine as long as the cheese bread sticks were hot. The driver said that they were but as soon as we opened them we realized they were room temperature. We called the restaurant to let them know and they offered us a credit and fresh cheese bread sticks. We accepted and I went and picked up the cheese bread sticks. I made the mistake of not checking them and found out when I got home that even though they offered free cheese bread sticks, we got regular bread sticks instead. By this point we just gave up. Read moreWish I could give 0 stars. This Pizza Hut does false advertising. Ordered a large pizza and it looked like a medium pizza when I picked it up. When questioned about it, the worker said no this is a large pizza. Probably didn't think I would go home and measure it. They said a large pizza was 14". Guess what, this pizza measured exactly 12", the size of a medium. Do they think I am stupid? To make sure my kids ate, I didn't eat any pizza. Called the store and spoke to the manager. Had him confirm the size of a large pizza, he said 14". I let him know large pizza measure 12". He said well we don't measure the pizza and those are Pizza Hut standards. Aren't you Pizza Hut? You don't go by pizza hut standards? He just repeated those are Pizza Hut's standards as if he didn't represent Pizza Hut.
