I had a gift card that I received for my birthday and couldn't wait to use it because I love Dunkin bur this was the first time I have been to this location and it will be the last! To start off with the AC was broke and it was so hot I had to take my food to go, second the customer service was horrible. The cashier seemed like she was new (or at least I hope that was the issue) so I was being patient with her but it took forever for her to get my order in and once she did finally get it in she went to make me a cup of ice water and she was so slow that my food (flat bread type sandwich and fruit drink) actually came out before she was finished making me one cup of ice water. The amount of time it took for me to put in my order and get my food when there was no other customers was ridiculous and I was tripping sweat and this entire time two other employees were sitting out at the tables in the front of the store and yes they were on the clock. But it wasn't until I left and attempted to eat my sandwich that I figured out why it came out so fast because it was stone cold in the middle which made it taste disgusting. Besides the fact that the size of it was ridiculously small for the price I wasn't even able to eat the sandwich because it was almost still frozen in the middle. Only positive thing about this visit was the drink that I got was extremely good but everything else...
Read moreAVOID IF DISABLED! I am an elderly man with obvious mobility problems. I walk heavily reliant on a cane (frequently a walker). Since I'm diabetic, having a donut is a rare treat, and when I do I prefer Dunkin. I walked into this store to be greeted by a lovely young woman only to discover that this establishment no longer honors AARP discounts, veteran discounts, nor any other type of discount (OK, they were nice while they lasted). I ordered and they were put in a bag. When I asked that they put a couple of napkins in the bag because of my problem walking another counter person snapped "They're over there, you can get them." "What if I fall?" "You won't fall, get them yourself." The truth is that I have four broken screws in my neck from falls and I just got out of the hospital a week ago. She didn't like it when I held up my cane and told her that this was what keeps me from falling. I hobbled out of the store and left for the last time. I HATE IT WHEN YOUNGSTERS MAKE FUN OF MY DISABILITIES AND I DON'T FREQUENT PLACES THAT DON'T APPRECIATE THE EFFORT IT TOOK ME TO COME IN! ...
Read moreOrdered via Uber Eats because 1.) I'm at work and can't leave, 2.) I love DD coffee, and 3.) They had a promotion for 6 free donuts with purchase over $10. Naturally, the order arrives and there's no donuts. Additionally, I requested 1 cream and 1 sugar in each of the coffees that I ordered but received FOUR creams and FOUR sugars. At this point, it's not coffee. Called the store to see what we could do about it and the lady who said she was the manager was exceptionally rude and snapped at me, saying, "Look, I'm not getting in my car and delivering these donuts to you sir!" She also said they weren't "affiliated" with Uber Eats (funny because clearly you have a corporate promotion going on with them) and that she didn't know anything about a promotion. This was also astounding as my receipt clearly had 6 donuts listed on it. If the manager had taken responsibility for the mistake and spoken to me like an adult, I wouldn't have left this review. I called first to give them a chance to make it right. ...
