Ariel was so sweet and walked me and my kids thru the store allowing us to try what we wanted. Any questions I had she answered even the hard ones. I will definitely be back to buy the bed that me and my kids fell in love with! I saw the price tag and was instantly discouraged but Ariel told me to lay on the bed and put my feet and head up along with the lumbar support. Once she showed me the bed vibrated with different settings AND COULD CONNECT TO MY TV. I was sold and the fact the remote has child lock was the icing on the cake! This woman is a rock star and not one time did she get upset at my kids. From the time we walked in to the time we left I felt like we were VIP!!! I will definitely be driving back to this store! Craig was awesome! My husband and I couldn’t deal with our current mattress any longer. We went to Trussville, the closest city with multiple mattress stores and decent restaurants to eat afterwards, and stopped at Sleep Outfitters first since it was the first one during our drive. We were immediately greeted and welcomed. For all you Covid worriers, the employees are masked up, gloved up and sanitizing constantly. Craig asked us a few questions abs pointed to a few beds and we liked them. Then he asked a few more questions and directed us to our purchased bed. He was patient, very knowledgeable about every product on the floor, listened and learned about our habits and problems and helped us find our bed. Couldn’t be more happier with Craig.
