Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Trussville

The WORST they've burned our food every time we have ordered. Both times they blamed it on the food and said that type of item is always dark. No you just burned our food. The first time it was burnt garlic knots. Wait an hour for burnt food they wouldn't make it right because my daughter ate the one knot that was not burned while waiting for the replacement. We should have but we ordered again this time no knots. The second time they made us send our entire order back in over 1 burnt pizza. First the manager said all pan pizzas come out dark with burnt meat on top if you want it cooked all the way through, I only wanted a pan so I just asked them to come get the pizza and refund my money. The manager said they would not take back only the burnt portion we had to send back the entire meal even the food that was not burned or be stuck paying over $30 for an inedible pizza and two sides. They will not get a third chance the pizza is not good enough for this bs. Then he had the nerve to say he would not refund the money until the food was back in the store. Like we did something wrong, hey buddy I'd rather have my food than that $30 that's why I ordered in the first place I don't have to steal or lie...

First off we waited an hour 30 minutes for our order after that they called us and told us they we're low on delivery drivers so we had to come pick up our own food when we got there to pick it up it was ice cold and the cookies was just terrible she told us that she was going to leave a note so whenever we was ready we can get a free pizza I just called up there to place that order and come to find out they charged us twice on deliver and tip they where really rude just horrible I had spoken to a man the first time and he had an attitude with me for trying to place an order so he went to get a manager and I waited on the phone for and manager for like 10 to 15 min when someone finally came to the phone it was a woman by the name of Johann and she was also giving me the same attitude as the first guy and gone tell me to contact my bank if I wanted my money back I told her I was going to call corporate so she left and got another woman by the name of Morgan and she finally told me that the whole total was refunded back this was the worst place to eat at I will no longer shop at another papa Johns again worst experience

Forgot to mention the store is only 4 mins from my house...
