It is okay to give a two rating. You know what bothers me? When companies update the infrastructure but not the food. I swear every time I eat from this franchise the food is so mediocre. Sadly to say, it keeps on getting basic and tasteless. It is no purpose nor reason to show the food because most can relate and agree. I like to take pride in my reviews when showing off quality food.
Did I mention? The Cashier asked did I want to round up my $49.10 purchase to $50.00. I was like no maโam. If thatโs not extortion in some type of shape or form. Also, it was so unprofessional. Especially, when ordering from drive thru and not dining. Taco ๐ฎ Bell step your game up โฌ๏ธ. Like seriously. Pros and cons below.

My order went to the Hwy 280 store 18 miles away. No one at either store could tell me how to fix it or cancel. I don't blame them though because they weren't trained on how to handle it. Taco Bell needs to get with the program and follow McDonald's lead so when a customer arrives the GPS has them at the correct store automatically. Also, there needs to be away listed in the app to cancel! The Trussville store shouldn't have to take a loss because corporate didn't handle the issue when the app was made live! However, in the midst of everything, Christina wasn't going to let me lose my order. She took my order again and she and James made it right for me. Their attitudes were top notch. Kind, empathetic and professional! This store as of late, has shown me this kind of top notch employees time and again for over a yr now! Btw, I want to mention those at the 280 store are great ppl as well. I have zero issues with them! I recommend you at the higher levels fix this issue with the location. Add a phone number to call when an issue arrives. Train your employees better on how to handle these things until you get it fixed. Your app in this respect is not user friendly. No one wants to type out their issue knowing there will NOT BE AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE. I hope that you'll handle this quickly. Thank you for hearing me out. Apparently there wasn't anyone manning the register because the trend continued after we made our order. We had to wait to ask for napkins, a spork, straws ( there were no straws out), and more cheese sauce. Our cups of cheese were less than half full. The extras we were given were filled about the same. My nacho fries (love them) was the bottom of the bag I guess. Was mostly a bunch of ends and pieces. Workers would take food out to the curbside and come back in and walk by people at the counter like they weren't even there. As we were going in someone who had gotten curb side service actually had to come inside to put ice and drinks into the empty cups they were given with their order. Why have curb side if the person has to come in to fill their drinks? They have the very nice new location but it hasn't improved their service or their time. Slow as ever. As I was standing at the counter I noticed what looked like a 6 inch long by about as big around as my thumb clump of what may have been part of someone's weave lying on the floor between the front counter and the food prep area.
