Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Trussville

PLEASE BEWARE IF YOU'VE EATEN HERE RECENTLY!!! I arrived at this store on 12/17/2018 around 6p.m. to pick up an ONLINE order i placed 20 minutes prior. When i arrived the cashier was already being cursed at by a customer for making her pizza wrong. After the cashier took my money for my order she immediately went to a table behind the register and began to slice and box up pizza.... without washing her hands!!! WAIT! IT GETS WORSE. She then threw one of the receipt orders in the garbage can, but after realizing that she needed it, retrieved it from the garbage and placed it in the front lip of the pizza box. She then placed that pizza in the warmer, walked to the pizza making area and began to make MY pizza and prepare other food to be baked. At this point about 10 minutes have gone by. I tried to get her attention this entire time, but couldn't because she had her headphones in, an extreme safety hazard. Not once did she wash or place gloves on her hands during my visit here. When i asked for a refund she replied " do you not want to wait for your pizza?...

Never again, ordered for delivery and when it arrived it was missing items and wrong toppings on pizza!! When my husband went into the store to get the order corrected he was met with a very rude young man that insisted the toppings were right and refused to remake the order. He showed him the receipt and asked him to try the pizza to confirm it was wrong and the guy said he didn’t eat pizza and the other employee wouldn’t give a refund just said we would have a store credit. There were pizza boxes on the ground outside the store with pizza coming out of them like someone threw them down as they were walking out so apparently other customers had issues as well. The store stared with 5 people waiting and all but 1 left after hearing what transpired with my husband. We have reported it to corporate and will be refusing the transaction at the bank, my husband just left the wrong order and left. So sad to see how any establishment can treat customers. They are currently trying to hire a manager so naturally the employees just don’t care, avoid this place...

I order pizza from this Pizza Hut pretty regularly but today might have been my last time. An older black lady told me that her name is Terrice. She doesn’t need to work for Pizza Hut. I’m sure she is losing you all a lot of business. I oredered $42 worth of food. 2 orders of wings was a part of that order. One medium, one hot. They were not labeled when they came to me so I kindly asked which was which, she said I don’t know, you’ll have to put your finger in it and taste it. I said that’s a problem because nothing is hot to me and the medium wings are for my child who can’t eat hot. Again she said, well I forgot to put the stickers on it so you’ll have to taste it now have a good day and then she walked away. I said ma’am can I at least have a ranch dressing to compensate for this mistake that you made and she said no, you have to pay for it and walked away again. I was very nice and very professional but I can’t say the same for her. You guys just lost a loyal customer because of a simple ranch drsssing and...
