Starbucks — Restaurant in Trussville

03-05-2024 Tuesday late evening: Ordered my usual & it was made incorrectly. The differences in the taste of drinks between Starbuck's locations is shocking!! However, this location consistently makes popular drinks wrong & they have always appeared burdened by having customers. It's sad especially because they have such a nice building and are in a prime location with easy access for travelers. Stopping here is just throwing your money away.

December 2023 We walked in to see a female employee tossing all the pastries & food that was in the food case, into the trash can!!!! There are hungry people in this world! Can't you donate this instead of tossing it & being wasteful? Is this Starbuck's policy❓

11-14-2023 Tuesday 10:AM-ish orderd my usual mocha coffee that was over half full of whipped cream!! Ordered NO whip for my non-dairy drink. You don't know what you're going to get here. Didn't have time to return it, so I paid over $7.00 for a cup of whipped cream I can't ingest. Couldn't get a manager on the phone.

11-05-2023 Sunday evening This store has closed before posted hours (online) on multiple occasions. Very undependable & unpredictable... disappointing since you have a prime location with easy access for interstate travelers.

Thursday 09-28-23 We arrived here over an hour before the posted store closing hours & the doors were locked. We could see employees behind the counter & cars were in line so the drive-thru was open.... but the employee seemed bothered by us as customers. I don't understand these stores posting hours of operation but closing early. We could've went to a different location, or a different coffee shop altogether. Unfortunately, we do NOT recommend...

Was really happy when 7brew opened so this Starbucks wouldnt be as busy because I like to swing by in the mornings on my way to work….HOWEVER the service here has went downhill. I put my order in through the app always when I’m about 15-20mins away so USUALLY it will be done by the time I get there….here lately it’s never done even though the parking lot and drive through line has been empty or only have a few people. The last 4 times is “oh well it not ready yet but we are working on it you can go ahead and pull around”. the coffee hasn’t been that great lately unfortunately idk if they have new people or what but i get the exact same coffee each time…it hasn’t tasted the same not once here lately and only half the time is good. This morning I once again did a mobile order ahead of time but I got a refresher this time instead of my usual coffee. Got there. Was very happy to see there was only one person ahead of me in the drive through line…once again “it’s not ready but we are working on it”…okay fine. It’s just a refresher and a pumpkin cream cheese muffin not to hard…😒 that car and I sat there for a few mins just waiting but when I got to the window they immediately handed me my order and I headed to work. There was quite a line behind us now…well I should have checked my muffins and tasted my drink before I pulled away because the refresher tasted like water with cut up strawberries and they didn’t even give me the...

Stopped on my way to the interstate, bc it was on my way. I thought it would just be a quick little stop, but waited almost 35 minutes for a single Venti iced white mocha. I was kind of surprised, bc I went inside and there was only a couple in front of me. It was like everyone was moving in slow motion. Except for one lady, she was doing her level best to get the drive thru folks orders. I do like the layout of this location. There is a lot of room. It's not one of the tiny ones and this one had seating outside that was covered, so even though it was raining, I was able to wait out there and pass time watching all the traffic. This one is very wheelchair-friendly/ accessible for everyone. Even the counter height. The restroom entrance is large enough for a chair, as is the restroom itself. The dining room is easy to navigate and there are large enough spaces between the tables. Parking spaces are level and I believe there were at least 2 handicap spaces available right...
