Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Trussville

Went today for lunch. There was an extremely long line in the drive thru so I went inside. I stood at the counter for over 10mins and was never greeted or acknowledged at all. I was walked by as if I was invisible. There were several people working, but no one was working the front register. One of the girls kept yelling for someone name Kia or Kira I can’t remember, to come out, but no one ever did. I did see a girl come behind the counter drying off her hands, but she never came to the register to take my order. Not sure if she was the girl they were yelling for or not. There was only one young man cooking. Everyone else was just yelling and getting orders ready for the drive thru. There was a lot of moving , but no acting. I don’t eat Zaxby’s because they always have a bunch of kids working with no type of professionalism or customer service training. I only went because my son got a gift certificate for Christmas and wanted to use it. I left and went to Chick-fil-A. Not only was I greeted, but my food was hot, the order was correct, and it took less time to get it than the time it took standing in line at Zaxby’s for NOTHING. Not sure what the pay is for this job, but maybe if you increase the pay you can afford a better quality of workers. The first time I went to this particular location. My experience was not good at all. They burned my toast for my salad and still served it. I asked for the chicken to be fresh ,It wasn't. The girl in the drive through had a attitude for whatever reason I'm not sure. Oh but when I returned for the second time , it was the best experience I've had at any zaxbys. I'll give all the props to one of there managers Jennifer!!! She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Not once did she have an issue with anything I asked... she even made sure that I was content with my sauce of choice lol. In Birmingham I don't recieve service like she gave typically. She even thanked me for coming inside and ordering with them. My food was super fresh and good. Then to top it off...1 of her cook's Juice came and gave me my plate personally. They were awesome. Zaxby's chickens up into this was the worst time of my day of eating out the fries was cold the food wasn't hot we sit in the lobby in the dining area 435 minutes before we got our food and it was for Dine-in and they got it they put it in there for carry out it was the worst disaster and then on top of that being daughter's birthday we're just left the area up there visiting one of the local kids play arenas come there hungry ready to eat had to wait 35 minutes for a full and waiting 35 minutes to full should have been hot instead we got cold food that was put in carry outs and then they reach the fries they put them back in the grease and heat it up old fries they taste like the grease was burned it was a bad...
