So basically both of the ice creams flavors I wanted were “really soft” (melted) I asked if they could freeze blast it to make it more manageable Tyler told me it would take TEN MINUTES I said okay he went to try and mix my creation with the soft ice cream though I told him to feeeze it first because it wouldn’t mix correctly nor would the portion size be the same he and the girl on shift both had an attitude and again reminded me it would be 10 mins I agreed…THIRTY MINUTES LATER I’m still here waiting on my order and writing this review. They keep looking at me but no one wants to actually make the order and for the first time in the 4 years I’ve been coming here it STINKS! I don’t know if I’ll be back. My worst experience here—-update I had to get in line all over and tell someone my issue just for them to come out with my ice cream after 34 mins and tell me it’s STILL melted. I asked for a refund. After 3 tries and somebody going to get the “manager” they told me they had to CALL the manager and I finally gave up and took the ice cream and it took an ADDITIONAL 15 mins. Read moreStood in line for over 45 minutes just to get skipped over. Not greeted. Not asked if someone bothered to help my party or nothing. Just skipped to the next white customer when our turn finally came up. When someone finally noticed I was then told I walked too far forward in line for them to tell if I needed help or not. Customer service and organization was the issue if anything not me moving in line like everyone else. If you don’t want anyone walking past the ice cream until their order is taken why not put a sign up. Simply acknowledging us and asking if we had been helped or even just apologizing for skipping over us could have solved everything. Loud male Employee rather getting an attitude and blame us for being skipped instead? When I told him how it looked he started getting loud saying he couldn’t believe I made it a race issue. Read moreThe last time we visited here they were very under staffed and the waffle bowls were over cooked.. However the crew worked hard to take care of the customers. Today my wife and I visited again. Not sure if one of the teenager's behind the counter was a manager, but they had 7 people back there. One was more interested in listening to the music on his phone and the cashier was to busy texting to check me out. In fact she had to be told by another customer that I was waiting on her to take my money. After she blessed me with her valuable time she only charged me for one of the bowls I had and I had to correct her so that she charged me for both. When I finally got my order after a 50 minute wait I didn't even enjoy it. I spent 12 year's managing restaurants and I promise you that place will not last another 6 months if somebody doesn't...
