I placed an online order & went to pick it up. There was a sign on the door stating to go down to other door to pickup orders. When I went into that door; it was semi-blocked off with just enough space between a table & piece of plexiglass to walk through. So, I did. One of the girls behind the counter started screaming “no! No! No! and shooing me back. I calmly ask what she wanted me to do & she continued to shoo me. Then, a young man came & slid another table in front of me & said I needed to stay there. I gave him my name & told him I had placed an order on line. He was gone a good 8-10 minutes. Then, he came back with the wrong order. He ask my name again & stated they didn’t have an order for that name. I pulled out my phone & showed him where I had ordered. He then went back & after a few minutes brought me the correct order with my name on it. I’m a really, really easy-going person; but I was starting to get a little angry. Word of advice to Panda Express: you should put a sign on the plexiglass stating, “wait here for pickup orders.” And, don’t scream at your customers. I understand guidelines during this pandemic. Read moreThis is the only location I frequent. As we entered we were never greeted the server Jamaya just stared at us as we approached. Then she finally said what are you getting. I asked did she know the waiting time on the peppered steak that was cooking. She just stood and there she said yeah and never answered the question. There were three of us there was no one else in line, but Jamaya seemed like she was in a rush. She fixed 2 plates my mom was just ordering she was telling her she wanted eggs rolls, but this clown had closed the box bagged everything and rung us up. Then she said you need to come pay down here, she clearly saw us standing in front of the food. Her face said hurry up and she put everything on the same ticket never asked a question. We had to tell her to separate the tickets. She was unprofessional and weird, should not be the first person you encounter when entering a business because she has no customer service skills or manners. On top of that which I know was purposely done when we arrived home I had only mushrooms 2 pieces of steak, she was picking out of the food. Read moreI love Panda Express but this was the worst expierence I have had at one. I used the drive thru and ordered. They asked me if I wanted to wait for one of my options to be made. I said that was fine and pulled around to the parking spot to wait. One employee came out and spoke to the vehicle next to me and went back inside. Then a different employee came out with food for both cars. She said she wasn't sure if this was my order or not and asked me to check. I did and told her that it was not my order. I explained what I had ordered and she told me that the other employee had spoken to me and confirmed my change. I told her that the employee had spoken to the other car, not me, and she asked if I wanted to change my order. I have dietary restrictions and was unable to change. She asked me if I wanted a refund then and I said, "sure." She directed me to go inside for a refund. When I went inside I gave the food they had given me back and a 3rd employee told me they can't give me a refund, but that I could call the phone number on my receipt and they will probably be able to give me a refund.
