Accustomed to Denny's, it's a restaurant chain that I really appreciate but this is the first time that I've been disappointed. The team was disappointing and really rude to customers. We waited 30 minutes before we came to place our order, knowing that there were only 6 tables in the room (including ours) and the waitress was not at all up to speed. We didn't have drinks, they ended up arriving 5 minutes before our meal or 50 minutes after our arrival in the restaurant. We asked the waitress if it was possible to have a coca cola refill, which is allowed in this restaurant chain, but unfortunately it never arrived. So we kindly asked for it a second time at the bar after 15 minutes because when we tried to meet the waitress' eyes, she ignored us. At the time of our second request the waitresses allowed themselves to talk to each other but quite audibly that we were rude. So we decided to leave without taking dessert, but the waitress had already made the decision for us because she brought us the bill without asking us if we wanted dessert. Then when paying we waited again because no one was present. Really disappointed with the reception. I recommend this restaurant for the food but this one is to be avoided...
