The first two times I went we’re good. This last time we went they completely got our order wrong from the time being there to the time of us leaving, getting all the way home. I order a turkey burger!!! With cheese, lettuce and tomatoes, the condiments that goes on all the burgers. The girl didn’t know what she was talking about when asked about what goes on the turkey burger. Then she charged me for EXTRA CHEESE 🤦🏻‍♀️ So we get our order, I asked her did she charge me for extra cheese? She gone ask me do cheese go on there. What?!!! You work here and don’t know. They charged me $1 for cold salad bacon bits and it wasn’t nothing but a baby palm full.. I told her I didn’t want that because on the picture there are stripes of bacon. Smh! She gave me “ranch”. I get all the way home enjoying my fries, so worried about the bacon bits and her charging me for extra cheese, I go to bite into the burger and it’s a veggie burger! When I know for a FACT I told this girl turkey burger.. The other girl who brought out an order, thinking it was our order even repeated the order back to my girlfriend.. so how did you give me a veggie burger??! So I call to speak to a manager, and there isn’t one on duty! What??? How is that possible? She said she would text the manager and have her call me? Still confused by that as well. If I don’t get a call TODAY, I will go up there and ask for a refund or different foods. If I’m not given either I will be contacting the district manager! I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE!!!!

Update: The manager gave me a free pasta meal! It was good! Could have used some more meat but...

I did NOT enjoy my experience or food at ABW. I was in the mood for wings and went here after seeing the high yelp and google reviews. I was prewarned about the service but was more so interested in the wings.

The service, to begin with, was what would be expected at a Togo place such as this. The cashier was not overly helpful nor rude. She did acknowledge my presence and answered questions that were asked, but nothing to phone home about. I went with a 10pc split of flavors. I wanted to try honey garlic pepper and honey buffalo, with Cajun dirty rice as my side. The person I dined with got Lemon Pepper and Cajun Fries. We had to wait about 15mins for the food to be prepared. I was hopeful, thinking “well at least it’ll be fresh”.

When we got the food. I was still hopeful. It was hot but wings looked a bit tragic. Just off appearance alone, I knew something was off. I wasn’t wrong. The wings were fried hard, little meat, and the flavor wasn’t there. The cajun rice was HORRIBLE and nothing Cajun about it. All in all I barely got through my meal, but forced myself. I won’t ever be back and don’t recommend that...

I love this place but when I came today the girl at the register was on the phone and taking my order at the same time and put my order in wrong then when I saw it was wrong on the receipt she sighed and went in the back and screamed and told the owner that I'm just now telling her what I want so they have to change the order and I heard the owner shout back to her why did they just say that now. She came back out and I told her that I can hear you and I did not just now tell you i told you what i wanted when i placed the order. She said thats fine they are fixing it. When i got my order I saw that she gave me a large chicken alfredo when i asked for a small but im okay with that after all she charge me for it. Another customer came in after me and said his order was wrong and she asked him why didnt you tell me before. While i stayed there to eat she was still on the phone useing fool language and not quite about her conversation while using it. In her conversation she said that girl lost alot of weight but she is still ugly as hell to who ever she was talking to...
