I’m honestly very disappointed in this targets customer service. I would definitely not recommend coming here to buy anything you would need assistance with. I’m getting ready to have my baby so I decided to go crib shopping. When I finally found the one I wanted I looked around for help and there was no one in sight. I did see someone in the tech area and asked him how I could get help. He did try to get someone through his radio and no one showed up. I didn’t want to keep bothering him since I didn’t know if he was allowed to assist me since what I wanted was a crib. Anywho I pressed on the service button for someone to come help me and after waiting almost 40 mins no one came. The guy who made the call through the radio tried to help me but I’m not sure if he actually tried to help me or get me to just leave the store. He said he saw in his system that they had 3 in stock but said that sometimes online doesn’t have accurate information. He tried sending me to sandy springs because they had 4 in stock but not sure why I would want to make that far drive if targets website isn’t accurate. Any who he recommended for me to order online just to make sure the north Druid hill location had it. I ended up ordering it online and going to the north Druid hills location however processing the order online took forever so I went inside the store just for them to tell me the same thing saying they could see that they had any but didn’t even try to go check in the back to make sure after I told them I drove here because online it said they had 2 in stock. I’m seriously very upset because I’m super pregnant and I have to run around looking for something I need and just not getting the service I deserved as a customer. What made me more upset is that I cancelled the online order I made to the north Druid hill location because it’s not close to where I live, the Tucker location is the closest so I ended up just ordering it from the Tucker location just to be told they had it. Meaning that if I would’ve gotten the help I needed as a buying customer I could’ve left the store with a crib and not just a mattress. I had to find someone to help me go pick up the crib that they told me wasn’t in stock at the Tucker location just because no ones wanted to help me and actually check to see or get someone that knew how to check stock properly. I went to buy my babies crib at target because in the past I have gotten the service and help I needed at the Buford location by the mall of Ga. Read moreI ordered an Xbox series X for pickup at this location. Target's policy states that this product must be ordered online for pick up (no buying directly in the store). I place the order and receive confirmation and order number. Granted the order was scheduled for the next day but I thought I might try my luck and try to pick up.
I get to the store and there are two order pick up personnel there at the counter. I ask to speak to a manager. As I am waiting I see the two personnel just hanging around the counter for the entire wait.
I spoke with the manager Nick, and got a really flimsy excuse of my order being in a queue and why the order couldn't be expedited. It seemed Nick was more interested in telling me no, than finding a solution.
From a customer optics perspective, this is was a terrible experience. First, Target's policy about purchasing this item is terrible. If you want someone to purchase this way, at least have a process where they can pick it up in an expeditious manner.
The customer experience with staff was absolutely shotty from the management down. As a customer if I see employees who are dedicated to the order pickup service just sitting around, it makes it very difficult to accept the manager's reason of my order being in a queue waiting to be filled.

Read more10/10 I do not recommend. I placed an order this morning at 8:27am and it’s now 5:04 pm and Now they say the order is ready. I’m at a loss for words as to how long it takes for someone to take these items off the shelf. I even went into the store at 2:40 and they told me they were backed up. Meanwhile I’ve seen people come up and get there orders and I can guarantee they were placed 27 minutes after the store opened like mine was. They’ve literally wasted my whole day waiting for them to get their foolishness in order. I’ve called several times and they can’t pick up the darn freaking phone. I had to call corporate several times and they’ve just told me to wait. I’ve waited my whole day. I finally got on the call with another rep who was patient but yet I continue to wait for my order items. In addition to that they never give you the option to pick up the items at a different store.
