I have been eating at Piccadilly since 1989. I still enjoy the nostalgia of such a grand place. But things are slipping. Not many of them left now. I have eaten here many times. But the last 2 times my chopped steak was "cold". I mean "room temperature" right out of the hot tray pan? I was starving and still ate it. The first time I thought was a "fluke". Then it happened again today? The food is usually hot at this restaurant? The green beans were "warm". Mashed potatoes were kinda warm. But the chopped steak was room temp. I could put it on top of my head easily and I wouldn't mind at all! The saving grace for this meal was the cherry cheesecake. That was very good. But at $3.79 for one slice... it HAS to be good! It was..but that price is a bit much for one slice of cheesecake. I still would like everyone to support the restaurant if you can and keep this classic going as long as we can. Hope they can turn it around. This meal cost $18 "before" the tip!! All of the staff I encountered were very nice though. P.S. the trays look like they were made in 1970. Wish we could get them replaced. There is only 1 thing worse than bad chopped steak. That is a GOOD chopped steak served cold?? Please somebody help.. this food has so much potential.

It's the little things that matter. I ordered my food via Doordash and it always comes piping hot, fresh tasting and we'll packaged. Someone wrote "Happy Birthday" on my receipt for my birthday order. This was my BaBas and my favorite spot to go eat when she was living and the great food and customer service bring back those nostalgic and happy memories. Review Update: Today is December 1st, 2022 and I found out that I can no longer order Picadilly via Door Dash so I ordered via UberEATS. To my dismay there was no option for me to purchase a slice of their famous and my favorite Red Velvet Cake. I posted my disappointment in my order instructions and stated that today is my Birthday! To my surprise my order was delivered with a big ole slice of Red Velvet Cake! Guys it's the little things like this that a person will always fondly remember. I get teased for loving to eat at Picadilly by my younger friends and family but this is where my best memories with my BaBa we're made and are still being cherished thanks to whomever always gets my takeout order each Birthday at Picadilly! Because of your small gesture of kindness, my birthday today will shine much brighter! ❤️🌞❤️

Now, honestly, I wouldn't have given them a 1star but it was the only option. To make this brief I came here 3yrs straight and never had a problem until today. I order carrot souffle and dressing but instead of carrot souffle I got something unusual (indescribable). The smell is foul, it's very soupy and thats not the worst. As I really take a look at the stuff, it has a bug in it. However, I know some people think or question why I didn't check before I left. Well, it's because I never had a problem with Piccadilly. So, my concussion was not to check, because they grab 1qt of the pre-made order from the batch, where they all stored up front. Then I called to try to get a refund because I live 45 minutes away in traffic. They put me on hold and never return or answer with my phone line again. So now I have to go get back out in traffic to resolve my issue. I do not want either the carrot souffle nor the dressing. Thanks Piccadilly in Tucker, Ga

The food was very good. I love the desserts especially the red velvet cake. I have been a regular since I was a child and my grandmother took me every Sunday after church. The main issue is the service at the Northlake location. My partner and I walked up and were completely ignored by two ladies talking about one going on a date even going as far as turning around when I made eye contact. Finally after 10 minutes when we were putting our trays back up another lady came over and helped. She was younger and definitely better with guests. The second lady down near the vegetables never smiled and her only communication was uh huh and she rolled her eyes with everything that either of us said. Then we went and sat down and just tossed it up to a bad crew on the line. No one ever came over and said anythingto us, no napkins, no sauce no nothing. The majority of the employees were over in and around a booth goofing off and not taking care of work at all. There were dirty tables and when I needed something, I just got up and went for it. I do not know what was going on but the employees that have been hired are not people but only pulses and it explains why so many Piccadillys have closed down. It will be a shame when they all close but it will be there on fault. I gave 3 stars because the cake is great but it should have been zero. No one likes to feel like they...

1 star because there is no way to say -5 on all counts. We walked in looked at the board in the entrance and the menu was for the day before.

My bestie wanted the meatloaf but there was none to be had. I inquired on the etouffee and again there was none. At this point we were informed that the items on the board were from the day before.

The ladies on the other side of the food counter behaved as if they had all drank from the same bitter punch bowl.

We were rushed to make our selections having no other clients behind us.

The greens seemed like they had been drained from a frozen package, and rinsed, then heated in hot water without any salt or flavorings. The brisket’s ajou was too salty and so was the Mac and cheese. I did enjoy the beets and the coconut cream pie was bland but edible without pain or discomfort.

Over all, the experience was not worth the money we paid as the corn bread seemed to have been stuffed with what seemed left over hash browns. The staff was not at all welcoming. This was our first and our last visit to this location. I can’t comment on my besties food but she did not eat like she eats when she is enjoying her meal.

I have had raw leaves better than...
