Should of ate somewhere else. I Stopped in to see this newest Arby's. The dinning room is now open to sit in and it was pretty empty. Went about 3 pm on a Sunday. Alex was our cashier and thats where the problems started. Very monotoned and didn't quite understand a few questions I asked but though nothing of it. Went to find a seat and the dining room had half the tables off limits but the ones open had left over trash on them and several others had remnants of crumbs and such so pretty unsanitary. Another couple asked Alex to come out and wipe tables so they had a place to sit. Food took a while to come out, for them being dead didn't understand this. Alex then carried our food along with that other couples food and delivered to them first. He was about to sit our tray with the other couples and had it almost in their faces, uncovered as they didn't have their face masks on, then tried to give me my food. It was wrong and I didn't feel comfortable with my uncovered food exposed to others before given to me. He took it back and I sat another 10 min before I went up to check. Found my tray sitting on the side, Alex saw me come up grabbed the tray and the items I was missing and tried to give it back to me. I then asked since not only was my try put in another customers face, it has been sitting for over 10 min I would like it remade. He sighed really loudly so I asked for his manager. Now granted she was wonderful and didn't get her name but she definitely understanding why I wanted fresh food and went to remake everything. She brought it out and apologized. Time it took from walking in to getting food was almost 30 min. Not acceptable for being a "fast food" joint. Probably won't be back to this location. Read moreI ordered a Greek Gyro with extra meat for a dollar. I only got 2/3 meat of a normal Gyro let alone my extra meat for a dollar. And I donated. What is up with that? If Arby's employees are that starving they have to skim off of others orders to make themselves a free meal. That, or their management and/or owner is telling the employees to purposely cheat the customer. It won't let me post a photo so you could see the 5 medium small Gyro strips. It is sad when you can't trust your local fast food restaurants anymore. This is not the first time. Just this location. The other Arby's I have been too around to...there is 1/3 more meat on a regular basis and when I pay $1 more for extra meat, I can see that extra meat was added....
Read moreExcellent customer service. We went last night around 7:00 p.m. and ordered some chicken tenders and a market fresh turkey and Swiss. After paying at the window, what appeared to be a manager came up and advised that he did not like the quality of the tenders and was going to make them fresh along with the fries. We were asked to pull around the corner which of course we do not mind because we would rather wait a few minutes for fresh food, instead of arrive home and realize we have old stale chicken tenders! Manager hand delivered order and made sure to separate cold and hot items. Gave us extra sauces with no charge. First time at newer location. Will definitely return!
