I want to start out by saying I love this location! I order food regularly from this location and Iāve never had a problem! Service is normally nice friendly and fast. Today was completely different unfortunately! I had ordered food for my lunch break since I work close byā¦. I was 6 mins late and was expecting it to be done when I got there. I walked in and I noticed there was only one person waiting and one person making food so I went and waited by register. Stephanie the lady making food said are you here for a pick up order I said yes maāam she stopped making the food she was making and looked at the orders incoming⦠my order was not to be found? So I proceeded to pull up my receipt asked her if the address was 8140 and she said yes. She then went on to explain the money goes to the app instead of paying for the meal? (I Never paid or mentioned the app it was on the website) so I told her we didnāt use the app it was on the website. She cut me off and didnāt want to work with me any further⦠so she finished making the other ladyās food and Iām still being patient seeing as I have worked in fast food customer service jobs my entire lifeā¦. I understand things happen with the computers all the time. All I wanted was her to be like sorry this didnāt happen let me make sure you paid on your side and I will make it unfortunately that didnāt happen⦠she started getting frustrated saying all I can say is we do not have the order and you need to check your app. I asked her to calm down and really listen to what I was saying and she wouldnāt calm down she just kept repeating it I need to look at the app! So then a male employee came out and she looked at him and said he needed to explain why it wasnāt working!!! I looked at her and said I would just like a refund since this isnāt getting anywhere and she said I can not refund anything on the app! So finally after the male employee Brandon( amazing customer service should give him a raise!) came over he quickly checked my order receipt and proceeded to make my order. The way he took over the conversation is exactly how Stephanie should of done it. I donāt know if she is just a regular employee or if Stephanie is a manager but I would never in a million years allow someone like that on my team! I think there needs to be some training or correction done with her because that was not right the way she spoke to me or treated me! I do hope this gets fixed soon because I donāt feel comfortable walking in there again or ordering food! Thank you Brandon for stepping in and giving the right customer service and fixing the problem with a resolution. Truly amazing after...

The bagels my husband and I got were delicious but I went to order a strawberry banana smoothie and they put way too much banana in it and therefore it actually made me very sick. So I went up to see if they could be a plain strawberry one and they said they could so they went to make it again and I get charged another 5 dollars for it. Whenever I have had a problem they would always fix the mistake without making the customer paying for it. We are 3 months pregnant with our second and this pregnancy I have spent more time throwing up than not. Smoothies are sometimes the only thing I can keep down and i love strawberry banana but let me tell you almost that entire first smoothie they gave me was ALL BANANA. It was pretty nasty. My husband even thought the banana was way overboard. I probably won't be coming...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe bagels were good, my issue with this location is the service and the seating area...the lady pictured was grumpy and rude to my friend and others. The guys behind the counter didn't seemed very organized, one person asked for a ham and cheese bagel, one guy said we don't have those when it is clearly on the menu board. My friend wanted butter on her toasted bagel but it sat getting cold for about a min before someone put butter on it. The seating area was not clean, we had to ask for napkins to wipe down our own table and this is were the lady got real rude the way she told us to just wait a min someone is getting them.. it took longer than it should have to get napkins, she found a small pack and grabbed them when the lady was being rude to her.
