Buffalo Bell — Restaurant in Tucson

I dont know if I should start with the integrity of the cashier or the stupidity of the owner or manager of this place..... I come here alot about 2 to 3 times a week never had a problem but today, I order flats like I do every time and when I got them, they had drumbs.... easy fix right?? Just make me 6 flats and be done with it... nope the cashier goes back and talks to who ever she told to starts telling them that I never said flats and it my fault the order was wrong... then comes back out tell me that since they already made them that theres nothing they can do.... so I just said screw it return my money.... they returned my money ..... so Instead of just costing your self a dollar or two for YOUR mistake I will not be going back her or recommending anyone anymore.. if you are this careless with customers how careless are they...

I went to Buffalo bells super bowl day it was crazy packed didn't even open the inside they just had lines of cars in the drive-thru area you could order outside but you had to Park next door and walk to Buffalo bells and wait for your order it was quicker if you stayed in line in the Drive-Thru it was organized very well it was only a fifteen-minute wait you would pay when you got to the window pull up so the next customer could pay you would wait a couple minutes and then they would bring out your order very well-organized I only gave them four stars cuz my kids ate all the wings and buffalo fries before I had a chance to taste them I know they were really good cuz they ate all of them but it's a good place to get wings next time I will try them first before they eat them all will go...

I'm upset with this place I would come for there wings and everything I bought some today for my family and I was given a batch with a chicken wing that had been bitten already and what's worse is that I bought wings since my mom had been wanting some not knowing I would get a batch with a wing already bitten I drove from the east side since they will not answer the phns after calling multiple times and from different numbers I requested for the manager and all she could tell me is that the employees are not aloud to eat in the kitchen and the wing could have gotten stuck to another wing but you could tell the wing had been bitten they did replace my batch of wings but it will be the last time I come here mainly for personal...
